Yes ! thats was very relaxing point for me and I am glad I did it instead of suffocating myself till the last ......actually when I was small, and saw my mother crying, I didn't feel that bad for my father passing ( but still it was very painfully, when I understand what does death means ) the thing which make me sad was my mother crying so from that day i promise myself to be strong and support my mother.....but in this process I lost myself and started to supress my every feeling till the time they started suffocating me.....l am glad that now I have changed my self .....I can still support and protect my mother with my true self

Thats also true ! My father also passed away when I was 7 but I never cried till the time I was 17 that was the first time I talked about him with my mother and cried my heart out .....from that day onwards I feel light and it doesn't hurt that much.....
( now I am 18 )
