Okay, so for everyone who had problem with this episode, I wanna say something, Your opinion is kinda like someone dropping a nature documentary because a male lion mated with a female lion without her consent. It’s that ridiculous and irrational. Guys, we're dealing with Omegaverse here, and that’s just how this universe works. it’s based on pure animal instincts. If you can’t tell the difference between this genre and the real world, then just don’t watch it. And if you still wanna keep hating, please make sure your opinion is the same for all similar scenes in your favorite movies and shows too.
Watched both seasons back-to-back and loved every second of it. Low-key sad it ended like that though, especially since there’s probably no Season 3 coming. Like, I really wish they’d explored Xiu’s power origins or his real family. What if Black Mask was actually someone from his clan or something? Xiu’s sword and Black Mask’s staff both glowed Yellow when they fight together, but with everyone else, it was either colorless or red. That’s gotta mean they’re connected, right? If anyone’s read the novel and knows more details, please spill the tea, I’m dying to know! But aside from these little nitpicks I Absolutely adored and really enjoy it. The production quality was flawless, though Season 2’s editing felt a bit choppy with all those cuts. 9/10 for season2
Okay, seriously, what’s everyone’s deal with Princess Ning? Before I started Season 1, I saw all these comments and expected some annoying, passive character. But now? I just finished Season 2, and… nothing? She’s totally fine? Like, yeah, she’s written as this young girl going from spoiled rich kid to family heir, but her growth arc is actually pretty. I’m not even being biased here—I just don’t get the hate. What’s the issue?
I know, there isn’t any romance, but do the female lead and the male lead have a good chemistry? I mean, do…
all Liu Yuning's characters has always been so lovable to me. Even here, he's super mysterious and creates really, really interesting plot twists. Even though he's not technically the main character, he has a huge impact on how the story develops. Out of the three male characters, Di Lin (Yuning) is the only one who's already married (actress Tao Lou Yi). Honestly, I think they have really good chemistry together. I'm trying not to spoil anything, but let's just say his wife ends up in a situation at the end of season one that forces Di Lin to make a really tough decision. We're gonna see the consequences of that choice in season two. From what I can tell, it's gonna be one of those emotional, maybe even heartbreaking moments of season two.
