I'm pretty sure QingTian knows WenShu doesn't love anyone but him, but ever since what happened with his last relationship and the things he heard from his ex's parents, it's like he doesn't think he deserves love anymore. Notice how every time WenShu shows him any attention, he brings up how much WenShu loves his brother and how upset he is that his brother ghosted him. That just means he's dodging the topic and doesn't wanna let WenShu say how he really feels. And come on guys, WenShu himself knows for sure that he loves QingTian, but since he knows QingTian isn't ready to hear a confession, he's just been pretending to have a thing for his brother so he can at least stay by his side for now. Just pay attention to the fact that WenShu is the only one who truly gets everything about QingTian. Because even his own brother missed a lot of things.

Oh, that's interesting. Now it's kinda makes more sense. I just wish that since the screenplay is different from the novel now, the character development had changed accordingly too.
