That family has been through a lot to get us to the turning point of this story. The falling better be as long as the rising. We just spent 60 episodes building up to this moment. I'm ready to spend 60 watching them wither away. From the dumb wife to the evil ignorant daughter, down to the money-hungry he-whore. Let's be real. Talk about personality disintegration. Lee In-Ok just went against every trait that identified her character as a loving, nurturing, supportive family member. Did the writer forget the direction they were going with her character? I understand wanting what’s best for your child but her reaction is extremely off-putting and goes against her character traits and actions. Lead by example if that's the life you want him to have. She had three kids waiting on her when you married and brought one with her. So I find it hard to believe she would not be acceptable to others in similar situations.
SJ is really just a despicable, malevolent person. It's so embarrassing at this point that she continues down this path. I have no words for her behavior. When will her crap be revealed? When she brought that picture all I could think was where is your pic at. She was, after all, the basis for the failure of YD's past relationship. The nerves of a homewrecker trying to reveal someone else skeletons.
The family’s reaction next week seems to shift the blame on YD as if she cheated or something. They tried to place him in a loveless marriage. Now they want to act disgusted and angry. Again, have they forgotten how they ALL treated him? No. The writers just have. Either allow growth that leads up to their actions or don't do it at all. I hope the reaction is, “That's his business, and if he likes it, I love it.” Until next week peeps.
I hate that GTK apologized to GCS (stepdad with a case of amnesia). I hate the moment I saw him on his knees. This so-called loving dad allowed him to get mistreated for years by his family. Now, you want to play the perfect traditional morally correct stepfather. Never mind how they feel huh? I wanted that to be a teaching moment where he vented and talked about his frustrations, resentment, and pain that was caused by the marital family over the years. Then Real and OYD changed his life and showed him what family was. Remember he said at a family gathering at her mom’s that the whole experience was new and that it felt good to be a part of a family.
The nerve to ask this grown man to, “Break up immediately.” Where was this assertive demeanor towards parenting when it was needed with those ingrates you call your children? The perfect moment to release years of hurt, gone. “You really are a terrible son.” like really dude.
I never picked it back up. I’m a sucker for happy endings and great endings, let alone a decent ending. I will not waste hours on a series just to be disappointed in the end, if it can be avoided. Watch Hidden Love, it’s a pick me up.
How many more episodes do I have to go through this one sided argument and fight?! You have a rookie prosecutor who’s on the move before the move has to be made with personal ties. I just wish the writer would have at least did their homework on that part. A lot of the arguments can be easily challenged but the writer refuses to do so. Watchers would appreciate a good debate over a one sided argument.
Writers: Hey, let’s pick on the good guys for most of the show to stretch it. Then let’s try to salvage the last half by letting them get some wins towards the last few episodes. It will be the perfect show.

We are definitely watching a one-sided match. Well, we have for almost half of the drama. I just don't know if the writers are just horrible or if they are running out of ideas. Then they resort to the normal tropes and cliches of these dramas that are tiring. Let's not forget Jeon Mi Kang’s character that thinks it's okay to be a homewrecker because her marriage was unsuccessful. For twenty years she indulged in this man’s antics and never once looked for her ex. Now you want to ruin his marriage and claim a spot that you walked away from willingly. I say it again, when you know your spouse there was not a judge or a lawyer who could have proved me wrong. She was with this man. She knew his personality and his character but never once believed him. I hate her whole family.

Neither one knew who the other was leaving a form of suspense and mystery. •At any point were the young couples excited or hopeful and anticipating the relationships with each other? Yes. Numerous times we saw the excitement of young lovers' journeys. XCS was happy to receive even a phone call from HHL later when she enlisted. This was due to growing feelings because there was love involved.
I say that to say romance/love has many variations. There could even be a love of family and friends if we are using to true classic definition. Although, there was one of the forms of romance included that others may be talking about; hence, the intimacy level that created BeiBei. Maybe not the amount wanted but it was there.
