Honestly, Lbfad's IQIYI CGI production & Ost are more impressive than Dylan & Ester acting and that's all. I still skipped it, as doesn't have strong intresting storyline. It's just a plain old fluffy romance. It have a happy ending (which is why it gets so much attention.)

Only similarity is being costume drama but everything is different like plot, production & characters. I finished Lbfad mostly by skipping while Ttoetm have me rooted on spot from start. Lbfad is fluffy romance while Ttoetm is intense & impressive. Luo & bailu acting is another level. Honestly IMO, Ttoetm is much better & worth watching.

Hope so. Even he is young but not new as Dylan been active from 2018 Meteor Garden. He mainly did Mlds dramas. Any artist who played support roles have more strong base than him. They are more effective in acting than dylan. His company buys searches for him. His flds Ester, Bailu, YC, SQ has been often mocked for voice, age, billings etc.

Exacly, that's why even DW was proven good actor than Dylan in 'Miss the Dragon' drama. Even in LBFAD, IQIYI production is better than leads acting. Ester been mocked for her childish voice while Dylan only half dubbed his character. His voice is whiny loud. Fact is Dylan is backed up big capitals which helps him gets variety shows, big IPs dramas & many endorsements.

Its better & worth watching than lbfad. Only similarity is being costume drama but everything in Ttoetm is different like plot, production & characters.

Douban is a sold platform. Its mostly rated by antis & rivals. You can't take DB rates seriously. If you search everywhere on Google, IMDB, MDL, RV, MC, Wikipedia etc. Tteofm high rates are proofs of its excellence. TTEOTM with Lyx & Bailu are dominating Top of Charts continuesly. Even SZ is ruling the charts. Tteotm is even on international platforms like Netlix.

Antis badmouthing, spreading rumors & low rating didn't change fact that Tteotm is an excellent drama. Lyx & Bl did amazing performances.

You are basically twisting facts & trying to confuse viewers by trying to make it all about YBC. Main protagonist are TTJ & LSS. The story is about them & revolves around them, even who hasn't read novel can understand it.

Whatever the explanations but FL naively rejecting ML while giving other people chances is frustrating to see. Its a common FLs trait in most of the dramas whether modern or ancient.

She changed TTJ for good, made him feel love only to left him feel abandoned for 500 years. Him moving on from her is impossible as she is the only person who made him feel loved. I don't hate her but mostly disappointed in her & tired of FLs like her ignoring ML for greater good sh*t plot.

Don't forget YeBichang. She is the main culprit. Its cause of her schemings that led to their misunderstandings and XL & others killed. She played a big role in this mess.

Abandoned from birth, scolded & abused by others, been lived as captive, has starved & eaten worse, been forced to dress up as girl, been betrayed by everyone. TTJ only took revenge from those who wronged him. He fought for his mother land. He thinks XL as brother and its YBC schemes that led to XL & Grandmaa killed. LSS put nails in TTJ on their wedding night & didn't explained her actions until tower scene where he begged her to believe him. TTJ still waited miserably 500 years for her.

I woN't be a hypocrite to blame TTJ for anything, especially when he suffered so much. He is human too & deserves better.

I want a TTJ/MY/CJM in my life without any suffering. Seriously, Luo yunxi is a perfectionist in portraying his all characters. His visuals, acting & every micro expressions are beautiful. He nailed it. ❤️

I get that one tries to survive but this was not about survival. YBC is all about manipulation, control & ultimate power. She says, she is nothing like her life in the dream arc. She is right, cause she's worse.

The plot was good & mysterious but Fl is honestly too frustrating to watch. Drama already hinted her motive for joining PD at first. She kept hiding truth from ML and got him scolded & punished several times, even suspended, while he tried to take care of his mother who have dementia. I know FL desperation & reasons but she failed to established a cute chubby vigilant type character. ML & his colleagues are fun to watch but she made it too draggy. I skipped most of the drama.

This drama surprised me. Its one of my favorite binge watch dramas. Its wonderful choreographed & directed. Tan jianci acting is amazing & impressive. Thankful to the person who recommended me to watch it. I came with no expectations but now full with anticipation for Season 2, especially with original cast.

Your point of comparisons is kind of unfair & wrong. Both dramas, artists & productions actually differs in big way. So, just enjoy watching what you like. No hard feelings. 🙂

That's an unfair & stupid comparison. Luo is a professional ballet dancer from college days thats why he is thin. No hard feelings but Luo is a matured talented artist, his acting base is strong, he use his own voice, can sing & dance, while Dylan did many Mlds drama from 2018 but only got famous cause of Lbfad, as its production & Ost much better than leads acting. Even childish but atleast Ester used her voice while Whd only half dubbed in 'Lbdad.' Whd is supported by capitals to get him endorsements, shows & dramas etc.

What the use of perfect body, height or face if an actor can't convey right emotions & don't use his own voice. Whd is ok actor but not as impressive as YY, CY & WL.

TTJ isn't weaker than DFQC. Infact all his sufferings make his complex character more realistic & meaningful strong than a fancy character like DFQC. Little similar in concept but both dramas differ in story, plot & production. Same goes for Eater & Bailu roles. Bailu is more expressive. Btw, Eater & Bailu are best friends. So, don't make unnecessary comparison. No one asking or forcing you to watch it.
