When Love Transcends Lifetimes: Episode 11 Breaks the Heart and Heals the Soul

Adding Net to episode 11 was a brilliant choice, his humour felt like a fragile light in the storm. After ten episodes of intensity and pain, we needed his warmth to breathe again, even just for a moment. But my heart shattered during the water scene, the kiss between Charn and Jet, the echoes of their past lives as Jin and Da. The flashback was hauntingly beautiful, like a memory that refused to die. I’m not usually drawn to GL stories, but their love transcended form, name, and time itself. In their past life, they loved deeply but were never allowed to be together. In this one, fate gave them a second chance, not for love, but for sacrifice. All they wished for was to save Khem. If that isn’t the purest form of friendship and love intertwined, I don’t know what is.They did nothing wrong. They loved, they tried, they gave. Yet the world punished them anyway. Watching them suffer felt unbearable, I cried not just for what they lost, but for the cruel tenderness of destiny itself. And now, with only one episode left, my heart aches knowing it’s all coming to an end. Rarely does a series capture me so completely, episode after episode, from the first to the last. This one did, flawlessly. It’s a masterpiece, and it deserves every bit of its 8.7 rating. Next week, when the final curtain falls, it will feel like saying goodbye to something irreplaceable.

Love Born from Vengeance

Punn’s life is stitched with sorrow. His parents were taken from him, his brother torn away, and an orphanage became the only place he could call home. Yet even that fragile thread of life was shattered on one merciless night. Before his eyes, people he knew fell, their bodies broken, the earth soaked in blood spilled by vampires. It was a night carved deep into his soul, a night that turned an innocent boy into a man bound to revenge, his heart consumed by grief and vengeance.Through the years of carrying this weight, Punn set his sights on Ramil, the head of the vampires, believing that only Ramil’s death could quench the fire inside him. Yet love writes its own destiny in places where hatred dwells. Ramil, gifted with the power to read minds, always knew what Punn was. He knew he was a hunter, he knew the knife in his heart was sharpened by grief. And still, he did not hate him. He saw the boy inside the man, the pain that shaped him, and instead of cruelty, he chose understanding. When the moment came, Punn stood with a blade trembling in his hand, the perfect chance to strike. Ramil did not resist. He opened his heart, willing to die in the arms of the one he loved. But as steel hovered close to flesh, it was not hatred that ruled. It was love. A love so raw it shattered vengeance itself. The knife fell away, their lips found each other, and “I love you” carried more weight than any revenge could. In that fragile moment, their bodies pressed together, sorrow was eased by tenderness, and two broken souls became whole. If this is not love, then what could it possibly be?

A Beautiful Mess of Love and Pain

I really liked episode five. It felt like a big improvement from episode four, but there’s still so much sadness between the characters. Ice clearly has feelings for Saint, and Saint feels the same for Ice. When Ice was at his lowest point, Warm was the one who stayed by his side, and that’s why they became boyfriends, but it’s clear Ice doesn’t truly love him. His heart is still with Saint. It’s so ironic that the parents are forcing Saint and Lanee to get married. Saint is bi/gay, Lanee is lesbian, and yet they’re being pushed into something that makes no sense. If this were the 1960s, I could understand it, but this story takes place in 2025, when same-sex marriage is already legal in Thailand. It’s hard to believe their parents still have that much control. They’re both adults, so why are they letting others decide their lives? If money is the reason, I’d rather see them work part-time and build their own freedom than live in a marriage without love. Then there’s Ice messaging Professor Mint, agreeing to meet him at the hotel. I can’t shake the feeling that it’s a setup, maybe Ice plans to record everything and expose him later. But Saint is worried, and if he goes to the hotel, he might ruin everything.Episode five left me feeling heartbroken and tense. Everyone’s trying to do what’s right, but in the end, no one seems truly happy.

A Masterpiece Worth Every Second

Rarely do I come across a BL this extraordinary. Every episode feels like a masterpiece, rich in emotion, layered with meaning, and performed with breathtaking depth. The acting captures every fragile heartbeat, the flashbacks flow like memories etched in time, and the plot unfolds with poetic precision. Some episodes stretched close to two hours, yet not once did I feel weary, only captivated.Khemjira now stands at 8.8, the highest-rated BL of the year, and it truly earns that crown. I would return to this masterpiece in a heartbeat.

Pheem’s Heart Torn Between Revenge and Love

Apart from the childhood incident, Pheem actually met Jason before he ever met Than. Right now, Pheem and Than aren’t officially together, their feelings are still slowly finding their way toward each other. Meanwhile, Pheem met Jason in Singapore, and he’s simply following the path that fate has placed before him.We need to remember that Pheem’s main goal is revenge. His stepmother murdered his own mother right before his eyes, and his half-brother tried to kill him. Those horrors turned an innocent boy into someone consumed by vengeance. His heart, once full of warmth, now beats for retribution.Even if he has to flirt with Jason to accomplish his mission, he will do it, because revenge is all that fills his mind right now. If Pheem and Than were already a couple, then it would be wrong for him to flirt with Jason. But since they’re not, I don’t see anything wrong with it. You can see how Pheem tries to hold himself back from kissing Jason, how his thoughts quietly drift back to Than, the one person who still stirs something real inside him. Even in moments of temptation, his heart betrays his mission, reminding him that beneath all the anger and pain, he is still capable of love. And Than, even from afar, can’t help but feel that ache of jealousy, that longing for Pheem. They both care so deeply, yet neither knows how to take that final step. All they need is time to open their hearts and let their love finally be understood.

Final Episode: A Love Written in Blood and Eternity

All ShuHe and Duan ZiAng ever dreamed of was a quiet life in the woods, a small wedding beneath the trees, a love free of crowns and wars. Yet their fragile dream was shattered by the Crown Prince, who, though destined to be king, could not wait for fate. His greed devoured him, and in his hunger for power, he killed his own father to seize the throne. At the bridge, ShuHe cried out in desperation, begging his brother to let them go. All they wanted was peace, a home in the forest, mornings of laughter, nights of warmth. But the Crown Prince could not let go of ambition. He raised his blade first, and in that moment sealed his own tragic fate.Years passed. Five long years of silence, of longing, of wounds that festered. Each day they thought of one another, each night they carried their grief. And when they finally met again, tears fell, apologies poured forth, and the weight of unspoken words was lifted at last. Forgiveness was given, love reclaimed. They held hands and promised to walk together until the very end.No longer emperors, no longer rulers, just two men, back where it began, in the 6th Prince’s residence. No guards, no servants, no kingdoms between them. Only their love. As they leaned closer, foreheads touching, lips meeting with trembling sweetness, it was love in its purest form. If this is not love, then nothing is.And then, their wedding. The first same-sex marriage of an ancient time, sealed by legend. A blood-stained dagger cut their hair, binding their souls beyond death, into the next life and all that followed. Together, they poured three cups of wedding wine. The first cup, to heaven and earth. Duan ZiAng smiled, whispering, “My heaven and earth have always been you.”The second cup, to their nation. The third, to themselves, to finally becoming husband and husband. They kissed, tender and eternal, as ShuHe’s voice trembled, “Life and death are a cycle ruled by fate. Duan ZiAng, I love you.”Their final embrace was both love and farewell. Two souls holding on for the last time, as if clinging could keep the world from breaking. And as their story closed, one prayer lingered in the wind:If there is another life beyond this one, let us not be princes or heirs. Let us be two ordinary men in a quiet forest, with no crowns, no wars, no witnesses. Let our mornings be filled only with love, our days with peace, our nights with laughter.Until then, even in death, my heart belongs to you. This story has ended, leaving my heart in ruins. Never have I cried so much, never has a love so tragic felt so eternal. This first ancient BL has carved its mark deeply into me. A masterpiece of love and loss, forever unforgettable. 10/10

Episode 11: A Love Too Great, A Fate Too Cruel

A big round of applause for the emperor’s courage, daring to hold the hand of his beloved as they walked through the Lantern Festival night market, a love so radiant even the shadows of history could not dim it. His devotion to ShuHe was boundless, he was ready to abandon the throne, to forsake the years of struggle and sacrifice, all for the sake of love.Yet those fleeting moments of tenderness gave way to betrayal and lies. What the emperor could not see was that ShuHe’s heart and mind were never fully aligned. In his heart, he still carried love for Duan ZiAng, but in his mind, he clung to the dream of restoring his fallen kingdom. And while he reached for both, time betrayed Duan ZiAng. Poison was already coursing through his body, a silent thief stealing away his days. Now only one episode remains, one last night before this masterpiece reaches its end. It feels as though I only just stepped into their world, yet the kingdom I entered in episode one is already crumbling before my eyes. Their love cannot be extinguished like this, yet love has become entangled with hatred, with lies, with betrayal.Duan ZiAng, your strength was never your throne but the depth of your heart, willing to give up everything for ShuHe. ShuHe, your love was torn between loyalty to a fallen kingdom and the man who was ready to die for you. I do not want to say goodbye, but the story has already written its final chapter. If only love were enough to rewrite destiny. If only one more night together could last forever. My heart shatters for you both, for a love too great and too fragile to survive the cruelty of fate 💔

Episode 23 – A Love That Sacrifices Everything

They said the last few episodes had too much comedy. But tonight… comedy is gone.Episode 23 is sorrow in its purest form. 💔Yue Yue drifted from Wu Suo Wei,to Wang Zhen Long,to Chi Cheng, changing lovers like changing clothes, always chasing the richer man.And when Wu Suo Wei finally rose from poverty, she dared to return. When he refused her,she turned to his mother. If this is not the definition of a gold digger, what is?But Wu Suo Wei…My heart aches for him.Born poor, counting every cent, saving every coin.Yet for Chi Cheng,he sold everything, even his home, losing 2 million yuan, just to save him.Back on the streets,he worked from dawn to night, moulding sugar figurines, hands raw and aching. He knelt before Wang Zhen Long, pride shattered, for the man he loves. And still, Wang Shuo came back to mock him.Yet he stood tall.He kept going. If this is not love, then love does not exist.Even Chi Cheng’s rich parents stayed silent. Was it because their son loves a man?Would they rather leave their fortune to a grandsonthan save their own child? But there was one bright light,Dr. Jiang Xiao Shuai, offering help without hesitation.A friend like that is rare. And then…the jail scene. Two men, tears falling like rain.Wu Suo Wei’s voice steady, his love unshaken.Chi Cheng saying, “I hate you,”when what he meant was,I hate that you gave up everything for me.I hate that you sold your family for my freedom.Chi Cheng, crying quietly over a simple meal in prison,is an image I’ll never forget.Tomorrow, it all ends. One last episode. One final goodbye."I don’t need luxury, I just need you."If this is not love, tell me, what is? 💔

A Life Slowly Broken by Love That Was Never Love

This year we endured so many red flag Chinese BL. Revenged Love. ABO Desire. Kill to Love. Yet none of them prepared me for the quiet devastation of To My Shore. What FanXiao did was not love. It was cruelty disguised as obsession. Using Professor Huang, Bai Ting, and even YouShuLang’s own brother to corner him was already unforgivable. Installing cameras everywhere, even in the bathroom, stripped him of the last thing a human being owns. His dignity. His safety. His right to exist without fear.YouShuLang’s life has always been a series of losses. A child with no parents, searching through trash just to survive another day. A fragile hope when a kind woman adopted him, only for that hope to be bruised again and again by bullying, by whispers, by adults who chose cruelty over compassion. Then his mother died, and the world taught him once more that nothing gentle stays.Still, he endured. He studied. He worked. He built a life with his own hands. A career he was proud of. A small apartment that meant stability. A car that symbolised freedom. Every step forward was paid for with effort and pain. And then, in a single moment, everything collapsed. His career destroyed. His home sold. His car gone. Reduced to waiting for a bus, carrying the weight of a life that no longer felt like his own. When he said, Fan Xiao, you won, I am tired, it shattered something inside me. Those words carried exhaustion, defeat, and a pain that comes from watching years of hard work disappear in an instant. It is the kind of tired that goes beyond the body. It is the tired of the soul.YouShuLang, you have always been strong. Stronger than anyone ever had the right to demand of you. You stood tall even when the world kept pushing you down. And even now, broken and worn, you are still standing. We are all here with you. Because a heart that has endured this much pain deserves peace. And one day, the kindness you were denied will find its way back to you.

Too Kind for a World That Keeps Breaking Him

Can we talk about how heartbreakingly good a person YouShuLang is.FanXiao’s second elder brother offered him an enormous sum of money to frame FanXiao. $10 million baht. Enough to change a life. Enough to give him revenge. Enough to destroy the man who hurt him. Yet YouShuLang rejected it without hesitation. Even after everything FanXiao put him through, he still could not bring himself to ruin another person’s life. That is the kind of goodness that quietly breaks your heart.YouShuLang was brilliant at studying, full of promise, yet he gave it all up to support his younger brother. He left his own dreams behind and ended up working in jobs far from his field just to survive. And what did he receive in return. Ingratitude. Hatred. A brother not even related by blood who despised him for being gay and blamed him for their mother’s death. Even so, YouShuLang was willing to sell his own apartment to help pay off that brother’s debts. Love, even when it is undeserved, seems to be his curse. He helped his ex boyfriend LuZhen escape trouble with Ms Shi. Without YouShuLang, LuZhen would have been ruined. When Ms Shi asked LuZhen why he broke up with him, the tears said everything. That was his greatest regret. No excuses. No explanations. Just tears. Sometimes tears speak louder than any confession. The most painful part is that YouShuLang helped the three people who hurt him the most. His ungrateful brother. His ex LuZhen. And the man he believed was his true love, FanXiao, who ended up wounding him deeper than anyone else. Life is unbearably cruel to kind people. After all the sacrifices, all the quiet kindness, fate still struck him mercilessly. He discovered the truth on his own. That FanXiao was the one who molested him that night. The betrayal was unbearable. When YouShuLang finally confronted FanXiao and started hitting him, it felt like years of pain exploding all at once. The punches were raw and desperate. Even more haunting was the detail that he used the gloves FanXiao bought him. FanXiao did not fight back. He did not dodge. He stood there and took every blow, letting YouShuLang release the anger he had carried for so long.As for FanXiao, I know he is a red flag. Yet the cruel words he said about YouShuLang in front of his friends never felt entirely real to me. People often joke cruelly about the ones they love, hiding tenderness behind mockery. I believe his love for YouSh Lang was real, even if he destroyed it with his own hands. After this episode, we see the truth of his family. A mother left to die. A brother trying to frame him and send him to prison. A broken home that shaped a broken man. It does not excuse his actions, but it explains the darkness he carries.Just when YouSh Lang quits his job and tries to walk away from Fa Xiao to protect himself, the cruelty continues. He has no idea that FanXiao orchestrated yet another plan with Professor Huang to deceive him again. Even in distance, the pain follows him.Yet another devastating episode. My heart aches for YouShuLang, a man too kind for a world that keeps taking everything from him.

A Love So Sweet It Hurts to Watch

Can we pause for a moment and appreciate how incredibly sweet episode six was. It felt like watching two people quietly slip into love without even realising it was happening.FanXiao waited for ShuLang to finish work and pick him up. They held hands as they walked down the street, looking like a couple who had already chosen each other long before either of them said the words. There was something so gentle and tender in the way they moved together.During the painting session, FanXiao admitted he might lose everything. The fear in his voice was so raw. But ShuLang looked at him and said that he would not lose everything because he would still have him. He promised that if that day ever came, he would look after him. The way he said it felt like a vow. If that is not love then what is.FanXiao changed the house lock, replaced all the photos with their couple photos and stepped into the kitchen to cook. He did everything that someone does when they quietly start imagining a future. They were already living like a real couple and it was beautiful. When FanXiao accidentally spilled oil on himself, ShuLang immediately rushed over, kissed his hand gently and whispered that he had missed him. Their soft kitchen kiss after that felt so full of warmth. FanXiao saying he wanted to eat him first made the whole scene even sweeter. At the dining table, while holding hands, ShuLang called FanXiao babe and told him not to be jealous. It was so intimate and natural that all I could think was that they should just get married already. Then came the scene that completely broke me. ShuLang took FanXiao to his mother’s grave and said he had finally found the one. Man or woman it did not matter because he had found his soulmate, someone who treated him well and made him feel cherished. FanXiao stood there frozen, nervous and shaken, because at the beginning his intentions were never serious. He only wanted to play around without realising how deeply ShuLang loved him. Watching ShuLang shed tears in front of his mother’s grave because of him was heartbreaking. That moment alone felt like the emotional centre of the entire story.I keep hoping the plot will truly reflect the line that says FanXiao tries to entice ShuLang into a relationship only to fall for him for real. Because that is exactly what it feels like right now. And just like in Revenged Love, if ShuLang ever learns the truth, I know they will be torn apart for a while. But they love each other too deeply to stay separated. They would always find their way back because life without each other would be unbearable.

The Son She Could Not Love

I feel sorry for Ping. He searched for love in Phana’s eyes but found none, so he went home believing home would be his safe place. Yet even there, he was unwanted. His mother, the woman who gave him life, called him a monster. Her hand struck him, and with that slap, the last piece of his heart shattered. It was never his fault. He did not choose to be half human, half merman. He did not choose to be different. With no mother’s love and a father long gone, he was left adrift in a world that refused to claim him. I wish I could reach into that sorrow, just to give him a hug he never received. But every story has two sides. His mother was lied to. She fell in love and bore a child, only to discover too late that the man she loved was not human. Her world collapsed, and she was left alone to raise a son who reminded her of betrayal. Perhaps her anger was born from pain, not cruelty. Yet even so, blood should never turn away from blood. No matter what he is made of, scales or skin, he is still her child. When she found his diary and read his words, her tears fell like rain, each drop heavy with regret. Only then did she understand that all her son ever wanted was her love, a simple dinner together, a smile, a moment of warmth. If only they had spoken their pain instead of burying it in silence, their story might have ended differently. But time is cruel. One day she will lie in her bed, old and frail, and the memory of her son’s eyes will haunt her. She will whisper apologies to the empty air, wishing she had loved him when she still could.

The Courage to Stand for Love

In that crowded cafeteria, when cruel words echoed against Minato, Shizuma rose, not as a hero, but as a man who understood kindness. A straight guy with gentle hands made for healing animals, yet his heart roared louder than any prejudice. He slammed his palm on the table, his anger born from justice, not pride. And then Minato said, “I’m used to it.” Those four words pierced deeper than silence. Being gay is hard enough, yet being judged for it is far worse, a wound that never truly closes. How painful it must be to grow used to being misunderstood for simply being who you are. We are born with our hearts already decided, and no one should ever apologise for love. This show reached into me, softly reminding how rare it is to see kindness shown so simply, so fiercely. We need more Shizumas in this world, people who do not love for attention, but protect love because it deserves to exist. Among the many Japanese BLs shining right now, this one feels like a quiet revolution of empathy and truth.

A Heart Torn by Rain and Memory

Episode 1 began like a puzzle of pain. Ice and Saint already knew each other, but the air between them was cold, sharp, and full of questions. What had broken them so deeply that even their eyes could no longer meet without trembling?Episode 2 unraveled that silence beautifully. The idea of the notebook, filled with Ice’s handwriting, his doodles, his quiet feelings captured on paper, became a window to their past. Through those pages, we saw how they met, how laughter once replaced the tears that now stained their memories. It was such a brilliant way to tell their story, love written in ink, now smudged by time and regret. Then came the heartbreak. Another father poisoned by homophobia, another wall built from cruelty. Ice arrived with a teddy bear, ready to congratulate Saint on his graduation, a small gesture but one filled with so much love. Yet, Saint’s father stopped him at the door, his words slicing through Ice like a blade: “Saint already has a girlfriend. Don’t come here again.”And just like that, the rain that once united them became the rain that washed Ice away. He walked home drenched not only in water but in sorrow. He never knew the truth, that Saint never had a girlfriend, that it was all a lie, a cruel misunderstanding that grew into tragedy.Ice’s pain runs deeper than the surface. A father who drank away his love, debts that chained his youth, and now, when he finally found someone to love, another father crushed that fragile hope to dust. But fate was not done tormenting him. The man who should have guided him, his professor, his mentor, betrayed him in the most unforgivable way. Drugged, violated, filmed. His innocence stolen and paraded before the world that chose to judge, not protect. Instead of justice, he was handed shame. Then came the final blow, his father’s death, the debt collectors’ cruelty. Forced into adult films, Ice’s body became currency, his soul left bleeding. Each night he closes his eyes only to face another nightmare, the same wounds replaying in the darkness.Yet fate, cruel as it may be, leaves a single thread of mercy. Ice finds himself sharing a room with Saint once more. Perhaps destiny is offering him one last chance, a chance for Saint to become the light that reaches through the cracks, to remind Ice that love still exists.Because sometimes, the most broken hearts are the ones most capable of love, if only someone is brave enough to hold them again. 💔

Big and Park Return Stronger Than Ever in a Refreshing New BL

Wow, the first two episodes are absolutely amazing! Mandee Work has done it again, producing another incredible BL series. I loved Big and Park in Monster Next Door, and they look even better here. The story brings a refreshing new genre with a non-university theme, and Park’s black hair looks so much more natural and fitting than his blonde hair in his previous role. The first two episodes are fantastic, so realistic and engaging. Poor Phopthorn works at a convenience store, and suddenly his soul transfers into the body of Apo, a billionaire with a handsome fiancé, Suriya (Big), who has the power to read minds. Imagine being poor all your life and then waking up as a billionaire with a hot, tall, and handsome fiancé — talk about a dream come true. The fake marriage between the meticulous Suriya and the high-spirited, chaotic Apo begins, creating the perfect mix of chaos, charm, and chemistry. The attention to detail is impressive: from the costumes, music, and cinematography to the stunning mansion and the undeniable chemistry between Big and Park once again. The perfect blend of romance, comedy, and drama makes this a must-watch. My Fridays are going to be amazing for the next eight weeks.
