This drama is pure magic. Episodes 3 and 4 completely stole my heart — their chemistry is off the charts, and the way they look at each other? Utterly romantic. I could easily binge all 22 remaining episodes in one breathless sitting. Having to wait another 7 days feels like the cruelest kind of heartbreak. The ice cream kiss was such a sweet surprise — playful, tender, and completely natural. I’m so glad it wasn’t another one of those cliché accident kisses we see in 99% of BLs these days. It felt genuine and intimate, adding even more charm to their growing connection.

Hioki’s costume is so cute. Everyone keeps thinking it is a cat and he has to explain over and over again that it is actually a wolf. He is so adorable that even we cannot imagine him as a wolf at all.Only one episode to go. My Sundays will not feel the same once this series ends next week. I am really going to miss it and we truly need a season 2.

I will be honest, like many viewers, I was confused during the first episode. But it was a good kind of confusion. The title has the word Secrets for a reason. The storytelling is deliberately fragmented, and that sense of disorientation puts you right into Botphleng’s state of mind. For anyone who felt lost after episode one, do not give up or judge it too quickly. The confusion is intentional. If everything were explained from the start, the mystery and tension that make this genre so addictive would completely disappear. With eight more episodes to go, the series is clearly designed to keep you questioning, uneasy, and constantly guessing, and that is exactly what makes it so compelling. So far, the plot feels unique, the acting is strong across the board, and the atmosphere is dark, suspenseful, and emotionally charged. Personally, I think this series has been executed really well and perfectly captures the tone of a true psychological and suspense BL. I am genuinely looking forward to the remaining episodes, because if it continues at this level, Melody of Secrets could easily become one of GMMTV’s standout BLs.

I dropped my rating from a 10 to a 9 because the ending felt so emotionally disconnected. The real Apo died and completely vanished, yet his parents showed no grief at all. They knew their actual son was gone, but instead of breaking down or asking what happened, they smiled and welcomed someone else in his place. If this were my son, I would be shattered. I would cry, I would demand answers, I would be overwhelmed with questions. Even though this is fiction, it still needs a sense of emotional truth. Losing a child is devastating, and the person standing there is not the son they raised. That lack of sorrow made the ending feel hollow, and it pulled me out of what could have been a powerful, heartbreaking moment.

Hioki’s accidental confession saying I like you has to be one of the cutest moments I have ever seen. It slipped out so naturally and so honestly that it hit me straight in the heart. I cannot believe there are only two episodes left. This simple high school story has given me so much joy and comfort for the past two months and I am genuinely not ready to say goodbye. Watching their slow growth, their hesitant steps toward each other and the warmth they bring into every scene has been such a beautiful journey.I need a season two. I want to see them at university living their life side by side finally a couple moving in together and building something real. It hurts knowing this chapter is ending just when their story is blooming. I am going to miss them so much.

Finally, a smart male lead. Shu Lang will keep digging until he finds every answer, because that’s the kind of love he gives quiet, determined, and unwilling to let things slip through the cracks.Taking a break from each other was the only move left, and it hurts so much more than either of them expected. When you step away, even for a moment, that empty space forces you to realise just how much that person means to you. The silence becomes a reminder of everything you shared and everything you’re afraid of losing.Fan Xiao is standing at a painful crossroads. He can choose to be honest and tell Shu Lang the truth now, even if it breaks him, or he can stay quiet and let Shu Lang discover it on his own. And if that happens, the distance between them will grow into something much heavier. The longer the truth stays hidden, the harder it will hit when it finally comes out.

Episode four felt like a warm memory unfolding. The flashbacks of them running across the farm as children were pure, soft, and nostalgic, showing how their bond was formed long before love entered the picture. Jeong In’s harshness triggered something powerful in Jeong Han, making him finally confront how fiercely he cared for Il Jo. The confession at the end of the episode felt like a dam breaking, a long overdue truth spilling out at last. This series is simply captivating. It is not just the kisses or the beautifully filmed intimate scenes that make it shine, but the tenderness of the storyline, the pacing, the emotional depth packed into every moment. I have only watched two episodes, yet not a single second felt slow. If they offered fifteen episodes, I would watch every one with my whole heart.

Honestly this has become my favourite Korean BL after Secret Relationships, and I’m lifting my rating to a full 10/10.The way Jeong Han back hugs Il Jo while he’s washing the dishes, the grape kiss, the soft quiet cuddles they fall into without even trying. They are already living like a couple, moving through each scene as if their hearts have been intertwined for years.I understand why Jeong Han hesitated when Il Jo confessed. They grew up side by side, connected by family ties even if not by blood, and on the surface they are still cousins. His confusion felt real and human. The miscommunication, the jealousy, the ache of separation in episode three hit so deeply. When Il Jo walked away, Jeong Han finally felt the emptiness, realising that the person he needed was the very one he pushed aside. This show is truly something special. The kisses and intimate moments are wonderful, but it is the storytelling, the pacing, the emotion in every small detail that makes it unforgettable. I have only watched four episodes and never felt a moment of boredom. If they released fifteen episodes, I would watch every single one with joy.

Wow, the four boys only met four months ago, yet their bond feels like a friendship built over years. Genuine connections like this are so rare, and watching them together feels so real.I love the flashback showing how Watarai started liking Hioki, how everything quietly began. It wasn’t just some random crush. Being popular isn’t always a blessing, and it was Hioki’s small gestures and simple words that pulled Watarai in. After watching episode seven, everything makes sense and connects beautifully back to episode one.Only three episodes left. I’m already feeling sad. I’m really going to miss this show. It’s become my little Sunday comfort, something I look forward to every week.

The intimate scenes are a major highlight. The couch kiss is hot, slow and incredibly sensual. The kitchen bench kiss is just as intense. I love how both cousins are so forward with their feelings and actions. And since they are not related by blood, it avoids the tired step brother trope we see too often. Their dynamic feels fresh, daring and full of tension. The hotel room scene absolutely blew me away. Jeong Han tying Il Jo up, kissing him like a predator claiming his prey, was one of the sexiest and most captivating scenes in recent BLs. It balances toxicity, obsession and vulnerability in a way that feels dramatic but still deeply emotional. The acting is strong, the chemistry is undeniable and every moment between them feels charged and meaningful. This series already stands out as one of my favourites of the year. Stunning visuals, addictive storytelling, passionate chemistry and the perfect amount of dark red flag energy make Thundercloud Rainstorm unforgettable.

Thundercloud Rainstorm delivers one of the most explosive openings I have seen in a Korean BL. The darker cinematography and moody tone set it apart immediately, giving the story an intensity and emotional weight that makes it impossible to stop watching. It feels mature, atmospheric and bold in all the right ways.Jeong Ri U has always impressed me in short projects like Bad Guy, Blue Boys and Seoul Blues, but seeing him in a full BL series is on another level. He is tall, handsome and effortlessly seductive, the perfect match for the adorable and expressive Yoon Ji Sung. Their chemistry is electric from the very first moment they share the screen. The intimate scenes are a major highlight. The couch kiss is hot, slow and incredibly sensual. The kitchen bench kiss is just as intense. I love how both cousins are so forward with their feelings and actions. I am completely in love with Fan Xiao as a character. He is dark, a total red flag, a liar, and manipulative to the core. He even fractured his own hand just to make his lover fall for him. He is addictive, attractive, bold, and always sure of what he wants. He is a terrible person in the best way possible, which is exactly why the show becomes so irresistible.

For me, green flag leads are honestly boring. PlutoCharon is a perfect example. It is airing right now and both leads are green flag, and once you watch it you will know exactly what I mean. The story feels safe, predictable and nothing really pulls you in.Red flag, dark and manipulative leads are what make Chinese BL so addictive and unforgettable. The tension, the angst, the emotional chaos and the way these characters hurt and heal each other is what draws viewers in every single time. It keeps the plot exciting, the chemistry intense and the emotional payoff so much stronger. And of course these characters are fictional and have nothing to do with real life relationships. That is why we enjoy them so much, because they give us drama without consequences.

Revenged Love, ABO Desire, Kill to Love, and now To My Shore are redefining the entire genre. Every release is explosive, emotionally loaded, and impossible to put down. Chinese BL doesn’t just hit differently this year, it’s completely taking over, and I’ve never been more obsessed.

To My Shore is a 10/10 experience for me. From the very first episode, it grabs you by the throat with its atmosphere, intensity, and razor-sharp emotional tension. The acting is next-level. Yun Qi as Fan Xiao is only 23, yet carries the screen with the presence of a seasoned star. He is strikingly handsome, dark, manipulative, magnetic, and the kind of character who steals your attention without even speaking. Opposite him, Yi Ran Hao as You Shu Lang brings a grounded, emotionally rich performance that balances everything perfectly. Their chemistry feels dangerous, intimate, and impossible to look away from. What makes To My Shore stand out isn’t the plot details, but the feeling it leaves in your chest. The direction is sleek, the pacing is tight, and every scene feels crafted to pull you deeper into their twisted, irresistible connection. The tension, the power play, the unraveling emotions, everything is delivered with the precision of a true masterpiece.Chinese BL in 2025 isn’t just entertaining. It’s setting a new standard. And To My Shore is absolutely one of the crown jewels. This is the kind of series you finish and immediately need someone to scream about it with.
