They are together officially in episode 12, but share some kisses prior to that. There is a miscommunication before that because Huo and a coworker that hates her, try to make him believe she is engaged to Huo. Huo is creepy in love with her and does try to to interfere with their relationship often, it almost never works because FL is so steadfast in her feelings. So, a love triangle-ish, in that the 2ML is in love with her, but she doesn't encourage it and shuts it down immediately. She eventually goes low contact with him for a while when he presists. ML does break up with her in 18 after he gets seriously injured and is facing potential permanent disability because he knows she hero worships him and he doesn't think he will be able to protect her, plus Hup gets in his head, but their back together in episodes 20. They do get into an argument about Huo in 23 or 24, which is when she ends up going low contact with Huo, and she makes JSC work for her apology for a full episode or so, but its not a breakup. She just wants to make sure he has a firm understanding of where her bottom line is as far what she will and will not put up with from him.

When does she learn he is the one that saved her?

On episode 3. I understand where the FL is coming from, but he's right. She keeps breaking the rules and then acts like a petulant child when she isn't given a free pass. She says she'll accept any punishment he gives her, but then complains when he does punish her and talks back. He doesn't know what is going on in her personal like, but they were all given fair warning that no leave would be granted in the two weeks they were there.

Because in the book it wasn't a proposal, but straight up 'Get married now, or in two years?' You know he was hoping she'd say now. HAHA!
