I'd say it's a fast paced one... basically the fl loved ml for 10 whole yrs even without him knowing... So basically…
Oh...idk about as late as episode 7, lol. What episode did she give him the hair tie that he kept? Episode 3? I actually think he was half gone by time he realized who she was, and his reluctance to pursue her partly became about his wondering how genuine her feelings were or if it was just her pursuing a teenage fantasy. I think when he realized she was the girl he saved 10 years ago, he actually felt a little devastated.
I m planning to start this drama maybe binge watch but before Is it good Watch how is the story pacing romance…
I adore this drama. The story always keeps going forward and the main couple are good together. There also isn't a lot of two steps forward, three steps back kind of story telling either. They both have their weak moments, but they become a strong unit.
From the teaser for episode 31, it looks like the brigade commander is sending JSC to headquarters for study and training for a year. it almost sounds like a punishment or giving him time to recover, but I feel like the brigade commander is doing it so JSC has a steady schedule that will allow him to spend time with XL and her parents, to make up ruining the first dinner. He seems super invested in JSC settling down. While also, maybe encourage him to take a promotion this time, since he's turned them down in the past. It will be interesting to see if JSC is happy or angry about the opportunity.
Can someone help me understand something. I've noticed in the few modern romance c-dramas I've watched, the use of spousal endearments relatively early in relationships even though the couple is not even engaged. Like in here, JSC tells the team they can refer to XL as 'sister-in-law' and JSC calls her his spouse in an auditorium full of students.
