Is ther any issues with Xi Ze ? I don’t think his previous dramas are horrible he has done Legend of Fu Yao and romance of twin flower if I am right.
I hope there isn't too many negative sentiments for this project even before it started its shooting.

I am glad to know that its finalized , Does anyone know of any previous dramas that is done by this production?
I hope the sets , costumes and all other important factors of the period drama are really good .

Historical and fantasy dramas do take longer to come out since they have more production and censorship requirements than most modern dramas and according to how Lusi has done dramas in the past she would do modern drama after her fantasy and historical dramas.

But her fantasy and historical dramas aren't kept that long in the censorship locker so many fantasy dramas have been in there for as long as 5 years , except for Shen Yin , its a bigger production with more post production editing requirements which is also her first more high budget fantasy production drama .

But I do wish so badly for her to do the republican era genre drama it will be a new genre for her and I really want to see her in cheongsam ,qipao and other such outfits and styles from that era it will also add to her acting range if she does an action thriller spy drama set in that era.

Zhao Lusi is so adorable (she is always adorable to me ) in her new variety show especially with children . I miss her so much after hidden love it really is going to be a long drought era with no dramas I believe at least till the end of this year. But on the other hand if she is taking time and wants to be careful with her scripts its only going to be even more good for her and for us fans .

I don't understand why there is an idol like fan behaviour towards actors , Kdrama actors fandom despite the toxicity present are still more mature than many Cdrama actors fandoms. Maybe because whenever someone is popular and has a large following its inevitable that the bad apples of the fandom is the most loudest .

I had been busy with Uni assignments so I couldn't check how the fan page is going on here , thankfully it seems nothing bad happened after that hopefully .

I am waiting for her to pickup an Iqiyi produced drama one day ,I know that it will definitely be a hit.

True Hu Tong was too short of a drama , if not a modern c drama then I hope to see them in either xianxia , wuxia or historical dramas too they can do well together.
But I think same pairing aren't done that much the only same CP dramas I know are of Bai Lu and Luo Yunxi .

Also Lusi doesn’t seem to be pairing with her previous male co stars for another drama till now every drama she does has a different co star as the main male lead which is why I am less hopeful of seeing her and Hou Minghao again together onscreen.

Loved her recent commercial activities as well as variety shows (fairytales). I also loved her mermaid dress she had for loccitane event as well as her new look in Madame Figaro .

The Madame Figaro photoshoots really made me realize how long I have been wanting for Lusi to work in Min Guo genre drama where there is espionage and stuff and she can be the spy .I have too much imagination and fantasies regarding some roles I hope she can do in the future.

Thank you for responding I understand why you specified ZZF and also why you feel she needs to win major awards .

We are also hoping she can do some career breaking roles going forward and that she can experiment outside idol drama scripts we know for her to win any major awards she needs better serious drama scripts and roles that can showcase her emotional range in a way never seen before .

Also yes Zhang Zhifeng (ZZF ) is one of the best young actresses of this generation. New Four Dan actresses of the post-95s Generation. She has also won the top major awards like 31st Hundred Flowers Awards , 22nd Huading Awards ,Golden Horse Film Festival and Awards, Changchun Film Festival , Huabiao Awards.

No one here said she didn’t (you brought this lovely actress's name here) , in fact I really do like her too she is also one of my favorite actresses . If you are repulsed by the fact that she hadn't gotten her bio updates regarding her awards or the "multi award winning "title then you can do that personally yourself just put in a request with the reference links.

Those who put ZLS as multiple award winning is because she has won more than one award we didn’t look into whether it was major or minor awards but to make your favorite actress look better by downgrading or insulting another actress or her fans is not the best way to bring attention to an actress you like . There are better ways really .

Yes she might have only won just this much awards. Yes she might have not yet reached the bar that the best of Chinese acting queens have set, but I believe she does have the potential because each series that she does her acting does keeps improving from what it was in the beginning.

She is still a young budding actress , I will never claim she is the best actress out of the many Chinese acting queens . But she is one, among some of my favorite actresses among the many I admire like Gong Li , Zhou Xun , Qin Lan ,Zhao Wei , Zhou Dongyu , Peng Xiao Ran , Liu Tao , Liu Shishi , Ni Ni , ,Zhao Liying , Yang Zi , Zhang Jingyi , Zhang Ziyi , Yang Mi , Liu Yiufei , Bai Lu , Dilruba Dilmurat , Zhou Ye , Landy Li.

We aren't arrogant toxic blind fans (they do exist but please ignore them) of hers that claim she has no flaws or she is the best actress more than others out there.

If you see this page's comments , you can see how many fans of hers acknowledge just like me that she has her voice acting to improve even her acting can be improved with a very good coach. We know she isn't from group of actors who attended top acting academies which is why we also hope she can get a really good acting coach.

But do understand one fact we are here in this page of hers , because we genuinely love or like her , either its her personality , her looks or even the acting of hers. We do not wish for malicious negativity to breed here.

And Yes I do think its better to have unpopular male leads(if they can act better) than popular male leads like its not the actors mistake, its just the fandom is too horrible for it to be worth acting with them , actresses bear more brunt (and toxic unwarranted hate) most of the time that's how sexist the "The idol fans " are.

I think first billing is good she could do more female centric scripts [to be honest that was a major gripe to me in WRTW it was supposed to show more of Bai Feng Xi's story]and I believe thats better for her too since her male leads wouldn't be the top traffic actors and then get bashed by their idol fans .Its just the general culture of Male idol fandoms to bash most of their female co stars I guess.

Also isn't Fan Cheng Cheng ,Fan Bing Bing's younger brother wasn’t he a comedian in a variety show , maybe I am remembering someone else I might be wrong , I didn't think he would follow his elder sister's footsteps and be an actor .

That's true she is already very well and good as an actress , and she has the potential to be even greater so I hope she could do more films during her next few years or try some dramas other than rom com genre . For that she does need to receive well written scripts from good screenwriter's (and good filming crew with no real life dramas going on with the directors and producers like TROTAR and WRTW) , hopefully she does get to do some experimental works in her next few years .

If you are asking regarding whether her other dramas are also dubbed by her voice actress Lu Xi Ran then No only Who rules the world and The long ballad has Lu Xi Ran voicing Lusi throughout the drama.

For the rest of her dramas excluding the 2 I mentioned above Lusi has done the dialogues and voice acting herself throughout the entire series there is no change in between .

Also most dramas are dubbed during post production because if you see the behind the scene even though they record the dialogues there are surrounding noises from neighboring drama sets and the staff moving around . Since drama/movie sets can be very noisy so they do have to record the dialogues(dub) in the recording studio mostly due to such issues.
