Actually you are wrong on the part that I don't understand her character. I never said she should confess who she is or that is why I am frustrated. I mentioned a very specific reason/scene and linked it to something the character herself said. That hypocrisy is making me angry. Are there layers to her character? of course, coz she is the FL there has to be. And since she is a strong, smart female making such statements and then acting the opposite actually make her character look bad.

I am on ep 15 and I told myself if the FL goes in search of antidote despite telling the cat that she will not betray ML's trust anymore. But she did and I am dropping it. I know it's her life and I don't know what I would have done but now she is just rubbing salt in the wounds and being a hypocrite. All her behaviour before ep 15 can be justified but what she is doing now, at least to me its not acceptable. I truly wanted to watch it as I am quite invested in the story but her betrayal is really making me angry,

Well we are all different with our own preferences so even if I tell you what all I loved it won't help if you end up disliking it. In short, I loved everything, the leads, the fights, romance, court battles. Visually the drama was a treat. Highlight is of course our leads, they have amazing chemistry and I loved how the couple was written, balanced, fighting together, no stupid misunderstandings, smart, mature. So I truly hope you enjoy it coz this drama brings loads of happiness to me.

I don't remember but in India iQIYI is very expensive. I remember I had written to them as well. Plus in India we don't get any promotions. Free sites I have now but somehow the subtitles are not that good for this drama.

I am jinxed when it comes to this drama. I started this several times but had to drop as I could not find any site to watch. It was not on Viki, Netflix and I did not know any good pirated sites for Cdrama. Youtube had only few free episodes. I even thought to take IQ membership but something went wrong there too. Finally when I started watching on a site that shall not be named and I think I reached ep 30 or so, had to again stop coz subtitles started going crazy, I could not understand half the time what they were talking about. So let's c when I will be able to watch this drama in peace with proper subtitles.

I don't know if you have watched Who Rules the world, but Chen Zhou couple gave me the same vibe as lead couple in that drama.

Absolutely, once his screen time increased I was rewatching his scenes. His acting, expressions were incredible. His slight smile as if he knows a secret. Cheng Yi rocks in such roles.
