im on ep 6 rn! ngl, loving a kdrama after ages, LITERALLY AGES🫶🏼
Me too!!! It's been so many years since a K-Drama made me feel this way. I have been watching K-Dramas since like 2008 and actually I was not that into K-dramas in recent years. But I have finally found a K-Drama that reminds me why I fell in love with K-Dramas when I was young, giving me the exact same feelings of those days. <3

I'm up to date with the episodes and i'm simply going to say that i love it!. The chemestry is on point and i…
I actually want the stalker to be Jae Kyung, because I find him so annoying (like how he was pressuring Hong Jo to go to couples' gathering even though she didn't want to), so I would be glad if he turned out to be a bad guy.
Yes, I do agree he should have been more strict with Na Yeon. But, since at the end he revealed that they made an agreement with Nayeon to keep it a secret at the work place; so there could be more to their break-up conversation that we didn't see and maybe he actually tried harder to break-up?
What I didn't like was that when Nayeon said things like why does it have to be Hong Jo, she is nothing etc. he didn't say anything back and just said Nayeon has every right to talk that way????? Lol but I still love this drama sooooo freaking much; so I'm just gonna kinda ignore that part. :D I just hope that the writer doesn't forget about Nayeon bullying Hong Jo in highschool and Shin Yu somehow finds out about it. He must know this!!
ps. Can't wait when Shin Yu changes the name of Hong Jo on his phone as well. :))
Yes, it was romantic when he said it doesn't matter if the spells are working or not; but I hope the writer doesn't leave it at that and we get a definite answer on what was going on with the spells.
Why did Harumichi left Yae at the pasta place even after she told him on the phone that she likes him? Why did he think they can't be together at this point? Even if he has to go abroad, surely they could do long distance or something.
Yess and the love triangles get more screentime than the main couple. Ep. 4-5 were all about the sml and ep 6-7 were all about the sfl. But I think the triangles will be over now hopefully.
Am I the only one who feels like the break up between Minato and Tsumugi felt super forced in this drama?I can…
Yes, I definitely agree with you! I think Minato and Tsumugi's relationship feels so forced and I think it is because all the scenes about them in ep. 4 and 5 are written just to not make Tsumugi the bad guy who dropped her boyfriend as soon as Sou showed up. That's why there is nothing natural about it.
It's like Tsumugi does not truly want to continue the relationship with Minato but just say she loves him and doesn't want to break-up to appear nice when she makes zero effort to stay together. And the whole "one-sided love" thing doesn't make sense because it is obvious Minato still loves her and he only broke-up with her because her love for Sou is stronger and she accepted that as a reason to broke up and then dares to says now she loves Minato but he doesn't love him back?? Not to mention her "one sided love" lasted for like 2 days at most.
And also her saying he was more like a younger brother to her then a boyfriend when we know they were sleeping together (not to mention her talking about how she tried to make him see her as a woman earlier) feels just too weird to me.
I started to think that this drama has a direction problem. this drama tends to make characters do something over…
Yes, I agree too much repetition. I think it might be because there is no other plot beside the love triangle? It would be better if they had more subplots for example, about Tsumugi's career or Sou's hearing problems as you said.
And even with the love triangle they chose the most cliche road. Like if they focus on the part where Minato said he couldn't be himself with Tsumugi and was just going along with whatever she wanted it would be so interesting. But instead, they chose the focus more on the ridiculous I'm leaving because you two look better together and the overdramatization with all the "you learn sign language", "you take care of her" parts.
Just my two cents.Ehh most people don't only love one person. Tsumugi has been in a relationship with Minato for…
Okay, I see your point but I still don't like this execution. Yes, she might both love Sou and Minato. And yes Sou was gone even more than that, for 8 years if I'm not wrong. But what I don't like is that until now we kept seeing how Tsumugi has strong feelings for Sou even though she was also saying she loves Minato but suddenly in this episode there was nothing about her feelings for Sou and it was only about Minato like how she loves Minato but Minato is too insecure and such. And yes he was gone for even more than that he was gone for 8 years if I'm not wrong, but I think everyone forgave that too easily and just accepted him back. We only seen Minato struggling with it but he also just forgave everything suddenly once they sit together with Sou in this episode and at that time Sou didn't even say much it was mostly Minato talking.
I think it might be also due to the fact that until now we saw things mostly from Tsumugi's perspective, she was the main character; but now suddenly in ep. 4 the main character was Minato and it was as if we were looking at Tsumugi from the outside if that makes sense.
Minato , Hikaru and his friends met Sou after so many years, and are still processing the fact that he can't hear.…
Yes; but processing the fact, and the reactions are normally different from people to people. Having everyone giving the same reaction seems like lazy writing. The writer can find different ways to show that they are still processing the fact for each of them, that would be more interesting. I mean for Hikaru, I can understand he forgot and did it by mistake; but the friend doing it on purpose just like Minato is too much I think.
Please stop with the scenes where someone shouts at Sou behind his back because "they can't believe he can't hear". Everyone keeps doing the same thing and it's so disrespectful to hearing impaired people that I feel bad every time thinking how offensive it must be if they are watching the show and the repetition is getting sooo boring like please stop!!!!
They overdramatized Minato's breaking up with Tsumugi so much that it was actually funny. What was that with him telling Hikaru to learn the sign language. It's like what husbands/wives do in the movies when they learn they have a terminal illness and try to find a new wife/husband for their spouse lol.
Also, I'm so annoyed at how much they showed Tsumugi love Minato. Like ok she says the reunions were not complete until now = sign she loves Sou, but then she calls Minato's name = sign she loves Minato. Also when she talks with her friend they are like wow you are really love Minato??? What is this? It's like she is fine with both of them and would love whoever she dates with?? I was expecting to watch a love story between Sou and Tsumugi. Why should I care about Tsumugi and Sou meeting after all these years and Tsumugi herself is so okay with contiuning her relationship with Minato? How is this a romance drama??
At this point, the writer has to make up with adding some scene later where Tsumugi confesses her feelings for Sou has always been so much stronger than Minato or something otherwise I don't see how she getting back together with Sou will work for a romance drama?
And yeah I hope they stop with all the Minato scenes after this episode.
I wonder if Tsumugi dating Minato and not someone new (someone not related to high school) has subsonsciously has to do with her not wanting to let go of Sou and their memories together. Maybe she clinged to Minato and got her emotional support from him because he was the only thing/person left in her life that had had a connection to Sou.
In this episode she said she started dating Minato 3 years ago and we also know from before that the earphones Sou gave her stopped working 3 years ago. So it can be that the earphones were the only thing remained that she was holding on to that reminded her of Sou (it can also be like a physical proof of their time together since Sou has disapperead from their lives completely and only lived in her memories, earphones were physical proof that the time with Sou was real and existed). And when the earphones got broken maybe she panicked thinking all that is ever left of Sou, all her connection with Sou is disappearing and that's why she just grabed onto Minato to hold on to the memories with Sou; because Minato used to be best friends with Sou and he was there since the beginning of their relationship, he witnessed their relationship and is probably the person who knows the most about Tsumugi and Sou's relationship apart from those two. So, maybe she subconsciously started dating Minato as a way of holding onto her past relationship with Sou.
Ep 3 made me kinda sympathise to Minato, but on the other hand Tsumugi irked me a bit. what a turn of event lmaoas…
How is Tsumugi pushing herself to Sou's life? In this episode both times she met with Sou, it was because Sou came to her unannounced. She didn't ask him to meet in this episode at all. In fact, you can see that she was reluctant like after work she didn't want to enter the cafe, she just wanted to walk and go but she couldn't say no to Sou when he asked her to get into the cafe like that.
But I agree it was too cruel of Tsumugi to say she didn't love Sou anymore. And she emphasized it too much, said too many sentences saying the same thing. But yeah I also think it was to convince herself and also probably because she didn't want to let go of Sou. She kept wanting to see Sou in person so she lied probably to herself to saying it would be okay if it's just as friends.
And yeah my heart broke for Sou as well. Seeing Tsumugi with his ex-best friend is too cruel but at the same time he did it to himself because he left them without an explanation.
@buffy20041
Thank you both of you!! I just checked it, it was so obvious, I don't know how I missed it haha. But anyways thank you. <3<3
