I'll tell you one that I read, it is not about the main couple, but about how FL got mutism.
So, FL's mother was a mistress to a powerful rich guy and later got married to him. The guy had a daughter from someone else that is the older sis of FL who ML was supposed to marry. So the sis and the FL are not related by blood. That guy and FL's mother have a son together. There is an accident where all 3 children are involved. The son dies, the older sister becomes deaf, only FL survives without a damage. FL's mother worries that the only one unharmed being a child that is unrelated to that man, would make the man upset. So, she orders FL to act like she can't speak for the rest of her life. That's how FL starts acting as mute. This is around when FL is about nine years old.
Does anyone know where to find the whole novel translation in Chinese please??
I don't speak Chinese, but can use translator. That's the only way we can read the novel for free for now I think. I saw someone sharing bits of it on twitter, but they don't share their source unfortunately.

But again, if she thinks he is from divorced parents, she shouldn't say I thought you lived with your mother, sister, father. So, it feels like a mistake in writing. And yeah, the fact that they never talked about it is one of the main issues with this drama.
Yeah, about the proposal I was also upset that they had to have it in front of so many people who were not happy about it: Juyeon, Jion, Sujong and Chorong. Everyone is feeling sorry for Juyeon there and I get that. But I'm also feeling a bit sorry for EH and HO because they had to have their happy moment in front of such negative reactions.
- Grannies act like they have never heard of Eunho before, but on ep 9 on the dinner table with grannies while they were talking about why Hyunoh has been upset, Jion says he has been upset since Eunho left as if everyone knows about Eunho.
- After meeting the grannies Eunho says to Hyunoh that she thought he lived with a mother, sister and a father. But, the day they first talk when Hyunoh lost his mother's necklace; he already told her that his mother left home.
