Lol the writers don't show his past relationships because no matter what happened he is obviously over them. So, they are not important. But they are still showing about her ex bf; because she is not completely over him and also because he comes back into her life.

It doesn't mean the ML didn't have any other relationships until now. If he was waiting for her all this time, he would purposefully go looking for the FL earlier. But he doesn't go looking for her, they meet again by chance.

Also, who are the other guys the FL dated? As far as I know they only showed us that she dated the SML and didn't show about any other men?

Me too, I'm waiting for Hyunwoo to learn that the girl from highschool was Haein! I'M hopeful that we will get it this week because in the trailer Hyunwoo says something like "this is the greatest destiny".

By the way, if you like a about "destiny" stuff, I noticed another detail showing their "destiny". I commented it also but I will copy paste it here for you to see:

From what I've seen their wedding rings are creating a buzz in Korea right now. Bvlgari must have spent a lot of money for the advertisement in this drama. But, if it has a sad ending where Haein dies, then noone would want to buy such wedding rings! So, this drama has to have a happy ending or at least an open-ending for the advertisement.

Okay, I found a very good reason to believe this drama will have a happy ending! It has nothing to do with the drama, but if you don't want to spoil yourself, don't read my comment below.

Same here, I have been watching dramas since like 2008; and I can't predict anything in this one. As comparison, I dropped CLOY after like 5 episodes or so because I found it too cliche and just the same things I have always watched in kdramas over and over again. However this one is completely different.

Yeah, as specially this one because we already understood it was Hyunwoo when the two mothers talking so the last epilog was a bit unneccessary. But I still love this drama soo much! <3

Omg I get that they understood it was Germany from the trailer but how do they know the doctor said that and that is Hyunwoo's scret??

I'm not sure about this theory, because they said they only went to Germany once during the honeymoon, so in that case that she has to be already pregnant during their honeymoon and it doesn't really sit well with Korean values I think so I doubt the writer would do that.

I have never cried so much watching a drama before as I did while watching ep. 11. I cried cried and cried more. And aside from crying also I felt so many intense emptions. I think ep 11 might be the best episode I’ve ever watched in a Kdrama.
