I don’t agree with this reasoning. You don’t need a title of ‘strategist’ to figure things out. There are normal people who are just naturally smart and good at figuring things out lolll. For example, I am INTJ and the stereotype is that people with this MBTI are naturally good at strategizing. I’m just a normal person yet I do find myself thinking strategically. There are many characters who transmigrated or time traveled from the modern world and they had to use their wits to survive. So it’s all just a nice and sugarcoated way to say she’s not smart LOL

I agree. I’m a fan of LYN but the main characters in PTOB are much more likable and have depth, and their communication is healthier. The ML here lacks self-respect. I think he’s too obsessed with her, but their relationship feels surface level. Yes, I understand it’s his trauma from being neglected which draws him to the person who shows him love. But that’s all the more reason why this relationship feels unhealthy and co-dependence. I have opinions on the FL too, but I’ll save that to myself since some people on here gets offended when you talk negatively about FL

I think he’s just an immature coward who’s in denial. I bet deep inside, he subconsciously knows the truth. But he got a big ego so doesn’t want to admit that his family has faults in the war. Doing evil things but still thinks he’s righteous and self-justifying. Blame-shifting to maintain his good image. Classic traits of narcissists. I dealt with a lot of those in my life, and they do not make sense. They can’t be reason with, they only see themselves as the right one.
