Like how they were able to incorporate subtle getting to know each other and romance scenes in between, it doesnt take the focus away from solving the case. Hope they keep this up

Ep 6 in the novel, the one who got silenced was Qin Wan, that’s how Shen wan soul transmigrated to hers. I like how in the drama, they replaced her with the maid. still managing to keep the setting for the Qin Family case

I like how the format is similar to MLC, where they solve case by case. Unlike in the novel, where the first three cases were interwoven.

Ep 1, I glad the ML isn't your typical stoic cold face ML, because I've seen enough of that, it's tiring. From reading the novel, I thought YC would be like that. But ARP portrayal gives some warmth and livelihood to the character

Well they probably had to do that due to china’s censorship. So I think you can just take the ending however you want. For me, I choose that it ended without the female screenwriter.
