Slightly Annoying
I understand that child abduction and trafficking cases are difficult as there are so many children that get abducted and trafficked. BUT...the police in this drama are not even fully prepared on stakeouts. For instance the stakeout in episode 3. Why were no officers staked out back at the establishment and abductors got away with one girl? The arguments with suspects are truly annoying and get no where. Why aren't the police not fully bringing in all the people whose names were mentioned (like the cousin in Lishuan who helped the couple that bought a baby) and questioned. Another thing that bothered me was they chased a van with a false plate with a baby inside that was supposedly their child. Go back to the house where they got the plate on camera and search it. 11 BILLION or is it 11 TRILLION?
I am enjoying this drama and anticipate it to build as each episode airs. Wrong amount in written above. They keep saying 11 TRILLION in the drama not 11 billion. Love the ML. I can't hardly wait to see if he is married and to whom. Lordy the first episode was really tense in the board room. I want to throat punch the chairman. The Legend of Shin Li
This is a different costume drama that gets you hooked from the get-go. I am on Ep. 8 and my interest has not wavered one but. I love the dry humor that I totally understand and have laughed on several episodes. I love both male and female leads, and I feel her attraction to him. I am not quite sure if I feel his attraction to her or if I just expect it. It will be interesting to watch how it unfolds. All the actors in this drama are very attractive and are good at their parts.Was this review helpful to you?
Excited
Ever since Revenge of Begonia, I have been a Hong Xiao fan girl. I have just started watching Fatal Allure and know it will be great. Dai Gao Zheng is great and sexy in every drama and haven't found where he doesn't connect with his FL. I am looking forward to this drama because the start of caught my attention right off the bat. I have been enthralled without looking away since the 4th episode. I know Chinese culture is different than the US, but I would have told gramps to go eff himself.Was this review helpful to you?
I Hate Voice Overs
Aaaaaarghhhhhh! I am totally distracted watching the video because of the voice overs. I know Bai Lu's voice and the too kiddish voice being used is sickening. They've ruined this drama right off the bat. We all know she is no longer a kid, but her looks or video enhancing says otherwise. Why? Why? Why? Someone needs to rethink their career if they think this is acceptable.Was this review helpful to you?
