While we get per se a confession from Ryo, I wonder what will happen the next 9 episodes? Normally we would get such a thing at episode 7 and then it ends with a finale. But here we have the much delayed confession - if you did miss it - yes Ryo was in love since high school - so "hidden truth" as Oddsare explained below... And yes, this series is one of the few JBLs going the full 12 episode route which is also quite unusual and I hope it will not be just fillers to the end...
He is a jerk to not speak up when he is meeting his ex, not telling Duang from the start, seeing Duang while talking…
I care about realism. If something is not, it bothers me. So this show is overhyped and for me Duang is getting on my nerves. They do psychologial tricks to "bound" the viewers on them and most are not critical enough to see the flaws. So for me this show is average and I will not watch it again, but I will watch "Contrast" again and you can reply on my review there.
Hii well i just wanted to say that i respect ur opinion but i want to say sth abt calling qin a jerk actually…
He is a jerk to not speak up when he is meeting his ex, not telling Duang from the start, seeing Duang while talking to his ex again. He is a jerk to tell him, when he does not come back in ten minutes, then.... Just because he does not know how to hug, is no excuse for shitty behaviour. On the other hand I would argue he does know and you would say he has trust issues but on the other hand he has friends... This alone does not makes no sense storywise. If he really has trust issues, he would not have friends at all, he would be a loner. Yes Duang helps him overcome his trauma but in the same time falls into childish behaviour patterns as well. And the resolution was a ten minutes of a fourteen hour series which is lazy from the script writers. You do not overcome trauma in 10 minutes, it takes a lot of time, because I know, because I experienced it myself.
It's facinating how so many people only see the positive sides, but don't think about the negatives ones. Also for you: I would recommand you to watch "Contrast" where trauma is much more realistically handled.
Because this is a fantasy, I would not imagine when a stranger would do such things. It would be most likely be harrasment.
pfft just because u have to wait for s2 u gave it 7.5? lollllll its one of the best drama tht came out this year…
no, just because the story was not convincing and the lip-syncing was bad. So, if I had watched the after credit scenes, I would have only gave it a 6.5. But I don't care enough about the show to rewatch that .... and I would rewatch "Contrast" 10x over this :)
I actually thought the way the later episodes portrayed "gangster boss has to struggle to accept his own feelings"…
It could be happen, that I did not watch post credit scenes, because I do not expect them... so when the credits start rolling I switch off :) What a bummer, if I had seen it, I would even made it a 6.5 :) I always skip it, when the credits are rolling because I don't want to be spoiled if they have a preview of the next episode - I hate it.
thank you so much for your honest option without the pink glasses. i really enjoyed the ML in the quiet an real…

At least Me & Thee was consistent in the story and the production quality was very high without overdone makeup :) And yes there are also flaws, but from an entertainment view, it was by far not as cringy as this was. But of course, that's only my POV.
ok so I’m not going to judge your opinion because I completely respect it and I do understand it but I’m just…
They cut it off in the finale and not anywhere else, that's my point. Fanservice is a hallmark of Domundi, so this for sure has nothing to do with age.

Yes, the series was very compacted, so you have not enough time for everything.

So for me it was better than expected 🤣
