There is no shade of grey in that point. But there should be shades of grey for everything else. But he was a father who was always bad. And then he turned 180° in seconds. That's what I don't like. If you have such a father, he can turn but it would takes years, not minutes.

There is stigma everywhere... Does not mean you have to portray it in an 08/15 fashion. They go from one extreme to the next. The characters have not shade of greys.
