Do I care about the manga, nope :)
It's very childish, it's very stupid in some scenes, it's not funny at all.
The thai version does not surpass it, because it has no finesse. But this is my opinion, for me it's just awful.
Do I care if other series do have the sound effects or not? nope. It's annoying in this series, because the scenes are not funny at all.
There are lot's of series which do not shove ads up your face so directly. Don't care about product placements but to integrate them in a scene is awful as hell.
If you can't see that, then it is so.
In general you think it's good, but it's not. Maybe too much fan-girly, no objective reasoning about it.
The only good scene was the love confession in the last few minutes, but got ruinied by the stupid overacting, no finesse to it.

It's also over-acted as usual...

It's childish, it's not funny regardless of the comedic audio effects, of course it has the commercials baked in, it can't be natural when the comedy is as forced as it is(Tower of Hell for example), it's overall soooo bad... the only thing going for it, is it's production quality.

The article is not clear enough to conclude anything imho.

search engine says it's the fee the actors/actresses get per episode... :) It should have been stated more clearly. When they say the actors/actresses of Spirit Fingers did not get any pay, it does not mean promotional imho.

I think they only payed a part of the "fees". 65k for all cast members sounds a measly sum for a month of filming and training for the action scenes...

Not saying was not the problem as long as you don't have a commited relationsship. Him meeting at the company was the problem for me. If you have strong feelings you should have a dozen "normal" dates and then confess and then tell him that he is a rich boy and also works at this company in managment.

Don't want to see any trailer at all. It's not important because I watch everything anyways. So I can go through the bad ones as well with a lot of skipping :) But I skipped much more with "Middleman's Love" :D
With other series I see an interesting title, read the synopsis and when that's interesting for me, I start watching. But normal series I drop more often compared to BL, but mostly I am not disappointed :)

I found Cherry Magic Thai bad, because it was sterile, overacted and generally boring. The second couple did not really have a believable age gap in my book and Jinta was just an annoying character. My Love Mix-Up is the same but it's just silly in most cases and the comedy is not there (excepts the soundeffects) besides the annoying overacting.

I can enjoy the series even if I watch them once a year. I just rewatched "I Told Sunset About You" and "I Promised You the Moon" which are very good Thai shows in a sea of medicore ones. So, even if I see them every year once I still can enjoy them.

Hidden Agenda only had the hidden agenda for 3 episodes, so the writing was bad. It was just the 08/15 university stuff with some fluffy scenes. The two shows you have not watched you should because the first is nice, the second is something different, it had a novel concept. I only checked the writer(s) because I wanted to know if they have always bad shows, but this writer did also good shows. So I have no clue how it ended up they way it does. Maybe it has something to do with the director as well or too many writers are not good for any show.

Do you really think so? Storywise they are all underwhelming but tastes are different... I watch all :) Except "Crazy Handsome Rich" which I could not bear. And I also watch other stuff which may be interesting due to the synopsis :) I don't watch any trailers at all, they show only the best part or some unrelated part or show the ending which defeats the purpose of watching the show at all.

Edit: Somchai Tidsanawoot was screenwriter for Lovely Writer (nice), Something in my Room (nice), Hidden Agenda (boring, medicore), I Feel You Linger in the Air (nice, but not that good for me) and now this. I guess three screenwriter did not help :) I have no clue, why some shows end up well and others don't. Have no clue of the original novel, but I suppose, it could not have been that bad.

That's the only thing in the story which made sense.
The part which did not make sense is to book a restaurant for himself or have a luxury suite in a hotel... Just bad writing and bad directing...

nah i don't, just still surprised a unlogical medicore show as this has 7.6 :) so in my view much overrated :D

there is much strangeness in the company... Have no idea why there are so many members on the board. If you want to redesign something, you do not need all of them, now would you? :) And is it not the job of interns to learn the job and to have mentors to guide them. Not seeing that either...

and what has that to do with this show?

Only if they had done a cross-over... but they didn't...
