It sucks but Carrie knew about Jonathan liking Shane but you can't help it if you fall in love so I can't really blame her but doesn't change the fact that it's a sh*tty move to do to a friend and also moving on too fast after getting dumped! Also shame on Shane for initiating sex with Jonathan then forgetting or not acknowledging it the next day, that's also cheating on Carrie! I can't even sympathize with him telling his story to Carrie the next day, I felt gross. Anyways its pretty clear that even Carrie disappears from Shane's sight when he sees Jonathan is there. The movie is an insight on how hard it is for people during that year on Taiwan to accept and tell about their feelings towards the same gender and most of them ends up with a hetero relationship cause it's much easier. Anyways the ending is not very clear, I think all of them needs some alone time from each other, especially Jonathan, my guy can't focus on doing well on school cause he kept getting bothered by his two timer bf. it's also funny the way they fought and Carrie ended up getting hurt, its like saying "b*tch it's our fight, get out of here" xD they didn't even say sorry to carrie or broke eye contact with each other when she left. The acting, plot and chemistry within the actors are great! :D It just felt rushed on the ending having no closure or any idea how it ended for the trio.
That was great! Not for people who have like low attention span cause the movie was very slow with storytelling but it was on purpose. I like the plot a lot, it's very deep and relatable, it's the kind of experiences you think of different endings or decisions and this movie gave every kind of ending. The teens parallel of them are very good with their performance! I like both of them. The adult ones.. not so much, shim hee sub tried to cry but there's no tears;;
It just bothers me how there's more scenes of the two MML with others rather than just the two of them and no kissing for the MMLs but nagisa kissed chika.. it's unfair TT there is no to little chemistry with anyone here other than chika's parents lol
Shun promised that he will stay till he can ride the waves but he never learned till the end xD Also I feel bad for all the girls who liked Nagisa, that guy doesn't even properly break up with them..
I just wish there was like an actual ending for all of them, like ako doing well with acting, chika going out with the guy he works with(also what happened to him?? no news about him in the end), and actually seeing shun and nagisa being a couple or nagisa accompanying shun on his way home. (like even on the movie, there was not that much happiness or them doing couple stuffs rather than the problematics TT)
So Hideyoshi's first role after KR is a BL. -_- I really wish these actors could get more interesting roles. All…
lol I get it. Newly produced Japanese BL nowadays are receiving tons of love as soon as it gets published so I'm not surprised about it.
In all seriousness, I just hope the plot and the performance of the actors would be great and not a fan-service kind of drama or even worse bromance. We'll see, I'm excited~
The ending is very open for the viewers to imagine what they want the outcome from Kyoichi waiting on Wataru, their position literally exchanged like in bed HAHAHAHA I 50/50 feel about the ending, I want Wataru to finally have a happy ending with Kyoichi, this guy has been in-love for 8 years!! The dedication, I could never. But also Kyoichi, the cheating bastard loose dick that he is, very hard to trust(like everytime he's with a girl, I CANT RELAX cause I know he will do it with them-sigh-) and I'm bitter that he gets to find happiness and love while he broke the heart of the ladies he played with.
Love everything though, everything is perfect. Very matured & realistic themed movie, the plot and acting of the cast is great!
It's not bad at all, it was self-explanatory. I like the dynamic of friendship the gay trio had. No awkward interactions, the chemistry between their pairs of the two friend(sorry for that one guy) was quite lacking but it didn't ruin it. The three wanted to go to Seoul to experience love, energetically they did went but didn't expect to end up having a one night stand instead.
Looking at the comments, it may be due to people having a hard time finding where to watch it and accurate translations that they ended up not understanding the movie. You guys can watch at gagaoolala or goplay(dot)pw
I like it. It's the kind of drama that have in-depth hidden meanings and the answer is right on your face, but the movie doesn't outright say it to you. It's mysterious and dark. A sad reality of a dysfunctional family & a person who doesn't have a family. The whole time I'm watching gives you that uneasiness but also fulfillment with the ending even though it's fake.
Nothing was better than the other 3 installment with this one, I felt like all the plot that they saved progressively, in the end they messed it up by adding an unecessesary plot twist. Makes you see the whole franchise as trash and a waste of time 🤷 it's prob just made for the intimate scenes but even with that, on this one the intimate scenes were far worse.. 5/10, would rate it lower but I'm not cruel..
An av actor that's why I got deja vu and recognized him. He's got what it takes to act in other stuffs as well, I love his performance here!
Movie wise, I just watched the noir one seeing the comments that the two ver is not that different, I can base my judgement. It was traumatizing indeed.. also a lot of things doesn't make sense the fact that one of them is straight but can do it with same gender, ends up enjoying it a lot and plot-wise as well, it was all in purpose but why does he have to bite it.. 😭 also haruto's time of realizing his love for aoyama was very out of nowhere.. adding also that aoyama is one of the Ml but other actors have more screentime than with him 🥴
Not that bad to rewatch, but only for the spicy scenes. 6/10
Dude. Aren't your assumption, too much on generalization? You're saying it as if the whole gay community are pedos.…
Everything you're saying contradicts itself and tries it's best to not find fault on themselves but blames others as well, clearly not taking what is given Infront of you. With how cold and close minded you are and commiting a sin by using god to hurt people, can't you see who's the problem and which one is much worst to exist and should then change? But sinners can't recognize themselves despite a lot of people telling on them. 🤷
STANDARDS? HA. Who the hell are you? A Wannabe professional critic? Who are you to tell people what they should…
How is saying "why so mad bruh" rude..? It's a question. Does it hurt or offense you in any way, if so then how? 🥴 Anyways, Op clearly stated it could've been more and it's not really bad so they weren't criticizing those who enjoy it since they themselves find it okay to watch. There was no any underlying claim their opinion was more superior, but rather question why everyone likes it! You're seeing what you want to see. Also on your post, that's not the only thing you talked about. You also criticized op's opinion on the series, not just about the standard. How are you teaching someone while doing it the same time 🤣 your post is more so claiming to be the one more superior than the other 💁

Not to be rude but I found this comment to the op's review so weird.. I didn't find it offensive, it's more like, "it's a high rating so I expected more". You tried defending people's likings by disregarding op's when you say people have different opinions towards everything which contradicts it. The op didn't say it was a bad film at all but could've been more. Why so mad bruh
A past kbl and action of all, it's pretty unique. For romance, it's cute but it all felt too easy the way they met, fought and reconciled. Some interactions were awkward as well. The fight scenes were awesome 👍 Not so much for a plot. Overall, not bad, 7/10 ❤️
Horrible, Netflix and the west are promoting this gay stuff to do to South Korea what they did to North America…
Dude. Aren't your assumption, too much on generalization? You're saying it as if the whole gay community are pedos. Do you even know what the two words mean? The difference is so broad! But such things do occur but that's on any sexuality not just gay!! Of course you can't say the same to straight relationship, such things like pedo or anything wrong doesn't exist because of the holy bible. Clearly, you don't have any experience being gay or even talking to a gay person yet you make these bold ideas inside your head just to spread hate on things that doesn't even bother anyone. Do gay people existing hurts you or any people? You are the one that's hurting people. War simply can't just occur because of something that is fiction and not making fun or hurting another country. 💁 Such people like you who likes to blabber their mouth and making everything into a problem is the reason. If you wish for gay people to not exist, don't worry cause I wish for that to happen to you instead. 🥴
Watching it from the start to the end, It brainwashes you to think that such 'action' is okay based on some factors. But even so, it's not for everyone and keep in mind that it is fiction. I just wish it there was more plot. Almost to the end is where all of the plot just got thrown over all at once and I don't like that they did it that way. The spicy scenes were so detailed, it surprised me a lot
That was so weird but so fun and interesting to watch. It's like a musical and they did well with their performance. I found it funny when they started unwrapping the snacks, I didn't expect them to actually be unwrapped iykwim lol
