I seriously misunderstood the story. I somehow thought jyeong went back to the father to continue their training and I assumed dohoi knew about it. But its bothersome that it takes his fathers death for him to see him at the funeral and even then, he didn't want to speak to him.

This is only a 8 min drama. I doubt you can do much with extremely limited budget and character development. They did their best in my opinion without any incoherence.

He's selfish for not having conversation with juyeong and left him without saying anything, especially leaving him under his father's care. If he truly cares about him, he'd want him out of danger no? He literally abandoned him there, in last episode.

Placing distance between them at every opportunity is not shyness, it's just him being the cringey fuck. He is embarrassed, not shy. Esp in BTS he can't even handle simple stuff for long; like staring and acting long enough to create atmosphere needed to create that illusion of liking each other very much. Nothing. It's just the longing to get out of the situation quickly. The way they described the 'scenes' were so lame and so empty like there is no substance at all. They don't go into details because there's nothing between them. If there's no chemistry here, this is going to be a flop.

Kong is just not comfortable enough play BL role. He's cringing and stuff in the BTS

KBL episodes used to be much longer but for some reason shortened to suit these short attention span people bullshit. It doesn't really make financially sense either.
