Geez there are fans still defending him. Look how dumb and ignorant you have to be to nonchalantly post that shit. There's Hebrew writing on that tank, bro. Like homie... Look around you homie. Always think before you post but apparently he doesn't. But I'm sure he will be fine since fans probably pay all his bills and his living expenses. 💀 I feel bad for his manager cleaning after his mess.
It's great but the ending was somewhat disappointing for me and unfulfilling. I was hoping that Joe would tell the mother the truth. The mother still thinks it's her own son when it was not.
why are y'all hating it fr? I actually like it ON him. it's not as bad as y'all say
The way the hairstyle is, it's a force to be reckoned with. That scene in episode 1 after Plawan stalked the chef at the supermarket, when he looks down, his mullet stands up, defying gravity!! It was so distracting because of the way it stands up non-moving and just doesn't look natural. It looks like a wig.
I really hope the mullet hairstyle doesn't become trendy. Plawan's hair looks so horrible, it looks like he's a Lego man with a black wig with a flat back attached to his head.
I started watching this series. I didnt watch this because I was so wary of office romance which was oversaturated in the Japanese BL department. But now decided to watch it after a while. I did not finish it. (right now I am at episode 8) and must say my opinions so far.
Mr. Jeng -I really liked the fact they cast an older guy. I like the age gap. I understand that he wanted to have a positive work environment, which has proven from time to time, the overall productivity goes up when workers are happy but why 'change' himself- Methods, change team dynamics, sure, but HIMSELF? For what? I don't get why the boss is so invested in Pat, which doesn't seem to be effective or talented at his own job (since everybody loves to criticize him for some reason). There weren't any much of discussion on the performance of his. But I guess, right from the start, we know that Pat has trouble accepting criticism and controlling his emotions. And that Pat may have felt that everyone targets him- almost to a point of bullying and being used, and taken advantage of because he had trouble saying "no". This is very much in align with Japanese toxic and terrible work culture.
And that lead me to believe that this series is all about that. But episode 8 so far, I feel like Pat has not learned anything or has done anything to improve himself, including taking criticism. Look, it is ok to be sensitive and cry about it- but it's so important to take a step back and re-evaluate yourself. Pat just doesn't do that and instead, expected everyone to cater to him.
Pat and Put - LOL, even if they had sex right in front of me, I'd still think they're just friends wrestling. I feel bad for Put, though. Not sure Put could've been a best fit for Pat since Pat was the one who has been grimacing the whole time with him. I'd hate to try to pursue someone who seriously has a beef with me.
Jaab and Jen - This couple is even more unbelievable than Pat and Put. I am not sure what even happened between them. I'm watching the uncut version and I felt like I missed an entire episode of these two. They didn't explain why they are not on talking terms. I usually like secondary couple but this one was just terrible. The actor playing Jaab is not a BL material at all. His face expressions are too coltish to take roles like this.
I might edit this within few days or weeks. If not, I probably will still feel the same all the way to the end. We'll see :)
Omg... I was mortified by the last episode of the third story arc... That guy who played Peek had too much saliva wtf!!! Every time he opened his mouth, there were like heavy strings of saliva, like a monster with slime in its mouth. Like bro.... spit out the excessive saliva, Jesus.... And Kla was about to kiss him.
This show is not that great, IMHO, but Fueang makes it everything extremely bearable. What a sweetheart, such…
Interesting... For me it's totally opposite. I really like the characters in their own worlds and in their lives and I was enjoying it until around episode 5 or 6. Then it got so unbearable because Feuang was extremely sweet, too sweet, too nice (too good to be true?) dropping such cliche-over-the-top romantic lines and long lingering eyes and smirking like he had everything in the world. It was just ....*gags* And now I'm skipping over the frosty cake moments and get the storyline over with. It's giving me diabetes. 😂
I'm confused. Are you saying that bad events are off-limits for dramas? So no war films, or violence, or anything…
@jpny01 I think he meant that if it was based on true story then it's bad. Like the idea of older guys picking up younger guys from the streets and then cast them for NC rated content, probably. But it doesn't just happen to only boys or men. It's not exclusively BL or Y. Same can be said about Hollywood stars in the United States or women in red districts or Korea's toxic and brutal recruitment of kpop idols and groups. Entertainment isn't a child's play, indeed
I am a fan of Aam's works but come on, there are TONS of "stars in BL industry" dramas that already go into details…
I wish to clarify or correct my previous post. The "based on true story" has nothing to do with bl industry at all. This person mentioned Aam Anusorn's work so I thought he was referring to dark side of BL industry but the more I watched the interviews of the crew and actors, etc, it turns out that the cast and crew are basing their real experience into a movie, almost like a documentary. So it has nothing to do with any BL industry.
I think I understand where you're coming from. This is far from being 'original'.
this might not be a release format that many people are used to, but these type of short vertical drama are quite…
No. People need to wake up and realize that the fact they have to PAY not to see ads is messed up and something out of an dystopia world and we should not give into that. If not you're paying, then it's you're contributing your precious time watching these garbage ads. It's feeding a machine to brainwash you while filling the pockets of the so-called "sponsors." I'm sick of these tiktok style garbage that just loses quality over time. I'm not saying that we should consume something for free. I'm saying that if we want to view it, there are still methods that work today that can be utilized to benefit the companies. I hope this doesn't pick up a trend because this is stupid as fuck.
Not good enough. This is a BL with a plot about BL industry, but what is it that you want to convey?Look at "Call…
I am a fan of Aam's works but come on, there are TONS of "stars in BL industry" dramas that already go into details about the pros and cons of BL industry, whether it's based on true story or not. It does take guts to even dub it as "based on true story" and may face repercussions or backlashes. But considering this is only two episodes, I think is pretty good for its worth. Lets band together and support small companies.
I'm confused. Are you saying that bad events are off-limits for dramas? So no war films, or violence, or anything…
What was in the first episode that was "horrific"?? I saw the first episode and the only worst thing I've seen is homophobic attitude. That's it? What are you talking about??? "The preview of the final episode looks like a rape scene" seriously?? Based on a preview? What if you're wrong? Don't try to turn potential viewers away from their hard work. This is a small production company.
