not ending up together, so at the end of the webtoon, ajin came back to korea to take revenge on junseo using their child.. and it was an open ending..
so before she came back to take revenge on junseo, she lost everything include her beauty coz she got into accident while living in hongkong. she dated a rich guy without knowing that the guy had a daugther, the daugther didn't like her, so she pushed ahjin down the stairs n got her face ruined.

yep he'll act as a cafe owner who got manipulated into doing something for her at some point in her life.

he brought her downfall because he has his reasons why he did that.. but it was not plotted since the beginning, but almost at the end of the webtoon, after ajin did something intolerable to him, so he decided to bring her down thinking that she would stop hurting more people (who're innocent). he has helped her since he was a young child.. something made him feel guilty towards her, that's why he determined to stay by her side since the beginning..but ajin somehow betrayed him and using the lowest point of his life for her gain..

i kinda think someone just started random shooting and he got shot.. also probably his cancer relapsed at the same time, tat's why he collapsed.. coz in no way that only 1 shot n that was not on his vital organ, he already down just like that..
