If you're not into slice of life, youth, and pure romance drama, you might skip this one coz you'll find it bland and boring. This is for the people that enjoy watching simple plot but close to reality kind of drama.
Probably this is my top 3 after My Liberation Notes and Our Beloved Summer.

THIS DRAMA IS JUST SO WHOLESOME
ahhhh i love the casts, the OSTs, Cinematography and everything. A drama that gives a breath of fresh air when reality hits hard ❤️

frrr he/she needs professional help at this point. he/she has this issue about pure and virgin ML and exaggerating about FL having s*x with multiple partners. I'm not even kidding. She/he needs help.

People are so done with the second ML coming back after 3 years and the writer is giving him like 30% of screentime. I think I won't be watching it if they tryna give screentimes for those exes that aren't relevant to the drama. In any ways possible, let this be a fluffy and sweet drama for two people only.

There's a lot of changes happened in 10 years.
You can't expect the writer to give background of ML dating multiple women in US coz that's not the purpose of the drama. The fact that he agreed to go on a blind date means it's nothing new to him and he's actually so casual about it.
If you are a guy, seems like you want to project your dating experiences in kdrama, you're always complaining that it's unacceptable in kdrama if ML dated multiple women.

And if you're a woman, seems like no one have loved you the way ML loved FL all these years.

For sure the ML dated before (the first thing he did in korea after 10 yrs is to go on a blind date) but since the target audience is female for sure they gonna execute it like ML loved the FL all these years coz it's female fantasy. Maybe kdrama is not for you coz they gonna make another 100 kdramas with this kind of trope and plot in the future and there are still people who will watch it.

Coz she was already stereotyped as a bad actress based on her drama Love Alarm. And the fact she didn't end up with The Almighty Song Kang's character made it even worse.

I think Hongju has been liking Hooyeong since their highschool days but set aside her feelings since Hooyeong is her bestfriend's first love. And I think Hongju is too dumb to recognize that she had special feelings for Hooyeong since then.

When they were at a hospital parking lot, since Hyeji already knew that Hooyeong likes Hongju, she's just helping Hooyeong to have a situation with her bestfriend. Hyeji wants her bff to date so bad even if it's with her first love.

Well, I won't argue about who has the best chemistry with him since I haven't watched Love All Play but I've seen some of video clips from TikTok and pretty sure their chemistry was decent. But I didn't find him attractive before. I'm already familiar with him in Castaway Diva and he never triggered my curiosity to follow his other dramas. Sorry but he hits different as Kang Hooyeong. It's pretty obvious since lots of kdrama fanpages are simping over him right now. His photos and edits are everywhere now. That means everybody find him attractive in his latest drama.

And just for clarification, you might think that I just stan a handsome actors, no not at all. Chae Jong Hyeop is talented and I think his acting is so natural and not awkward. Him as Kang Hooyeong will definitely one of his memorable roles not because he's attractive here but the way he delivers every emotions with his eye acting is definitely an actor to look forward to in the future.

Idk how your brain works but kissing will not guarantee an electrifying chemistry.

Agree. And not every character needs to have heavy acting. Sometimes it's good if the actress knows how to make her acting natural. And I think having chemistry is the most important factor when doing a romcom because it will just let you entertain. It's romcom for a reason. And Sohyun tends to be more relaxed in romcom.
RWTMR was Sohyun's most challenging role and I think she did a good job there. Not to think she reshoot the drama because of the actor's bullying scandal.

I'm sorry but this is the only series where I got to know Jong Hyeop and I find him attractive here compared to his past shows. Thanks to Serendipity's Embrace. His chemistry with the FL is top tier.

This drama is really underrated. If this is popular, I don't think Sohyun will receive this much hate. They only judge her base on her romcom series.
