Well...
I get now why some shows don’t get a season two. I was so excited like, “OMG, season two!! I love them!” but why did we spend 75% of the 10 episodes on their work and acting dilemmas? I get that it’s part of life, but come on… you’re partners, you’re both actors, you’re in the same industry. Of course you’re going to compete for roles. Sometimes a part you want is going to go to your partner or vice versa — that’s normal. So why were we stressing this hard?Episodes 4 and 5 had me genuinely confused. Yuki made no sense in those episodes. None. At all.
The one thing I did enjoy was getting a bit more of Asami’s backstory — his mom, his dad, their dynamic. That part was interesting. And honestly, I was happy to see the actors again because their chemistry is still really good. They’re always appealing to watch.
But the story? I don’t know. Maybe it’s me and I just didn’t connect with or understand the direction of season two. The acting was great — that’s not the issue — the story just left me thinking “what the hell?” It wasn’t what I expected at all.

Too hyped up but, yall need to watch it
Moving on to season 2, I still feel the same about Teh he seriously annoyed me! He would complain about Oh-aew’s lack of commitment to certain things, but he failed to realize that Oh-aew never gave up on his love for him. Maybe Oh-aew was unsure about his life and career path, but he was always certain of who he loved and wanted to be with. I also felt like Teh didn't understand that life is about growth and change. The fact that Oh-aew repeatedly expressed his hurt since season 1, while Teh continued to act clueless, was baffling to me.While watching, I often had to remind myself that there were two protagonists, as the focus felt heavily skewed toward Teh’s perspective, leaving the viewer mostly hearing his side of the story. However, whenever Oh-aew did speak, it was powerful and deeply moving. I loved how open and honest he was, which made it all the more heartbreaking to see him hurt repeatedly. It felt fitting that the final scene and argument were left for him to speak.
Overall, the series was good, even if I expected a bit more, probably because of the hype. The ending could have offered a bit more closure, but I liked how they brought everyone together. In short, it's a story of great value that showcases real people and real struggles. At times, I was getting fed up with Oh-aew too, thinking, "Just leave him!" But then I remembered moments in my own life when I didn’t leave either, and that really resonated with me as a viewer.

Really Sweet!
I genuinely dont know why I waited to see this series. I really enjoyed watching the series; they really made my heart skip a couple of beats from time to time. The cast was perfect; I like when actors understand the assignment. In addition, the soundtrack was absolutely beautiful. Phuwin sings amazingly btw. Now on the other hand, the storyline did lack a little bit. Like why no body call the cops on the uncle from the beginning? And they didnt really explain Palm relationship with his mother or how he was so good at fighting and shooting if he was a fishing man. However, despite that I enjoy watching; they had me glued to the screen. Was this review helpful to you?
Could be better
Honestly the story is not bad. Is sweet and easy to follow. However, I feel like they focus too much on the career developing aspect rather then their growth as a couple. The portrayal of the characters by the actors was good I personally loved, but sometimes it felt like I was watching with no meaning. Was this review helpful to you?

Enjoy the ride!
I really enjoyed this series. Kudos to the casting team—pairing the leads was an absolute success. I’ve seen both actors in other works with different co-stars, so seeing them together as an unexpected duo was refreshing. It also showcased more of their range and added to the diversity of their roles. The story was well-written, easy to follow, and never boring. That said, some character arcs felt a bit rushed—but with only 10 episodes, I get it.
One thing I was still confused about was the younger brother’s perspective. Was he in love with his brother? Or was he jealous of the bond Tada and Armin quickly formed? Maybe he resented his brother because Tada never cared for him the way he did for Armin? That aspect felt a bit unclear to me.
Overall, I loved it. The plot twists were terrific and flowed really smoothly. Also, I have to highlight the main leads' chemistry—it was so good. I really hope they work together again in the future. Furthermore, despite been a drama they had me odhe laughing.

Good series
I think to watch this series you require a higher IQ then mine lol. The last 3 or 4 episode was some trippy shit; they got me super confuse. However, the actors performances was IMMACULATE. Tonkla really needs a psych eval and Korn needed to aligned his priorities better. Furthermore, the cinematography was beautiful. The venues in which they recorded the colors ugh that was a visual delight. Was this review helpful to you?

Will miss them!
I absolutely enjoyed this series — I loved it! People really need to stop sleeping on Chinese dramas, because they’re seriously underrated. Both the usual couples and the BL ones are so well done. This was my first time seeing the entire cast, and I have to say: the casting team deserves a raise. They did such a fantastic job putting together this group, and it really shows in how well each actor portrayed their character. Even the actor who played Chi Cheng’s driver was hilarious and felt so genuine.
As I got toward the end of the show, I wasn’t exactly upset, but I did feel a bit confused. I felt like Wei Wei and Chi Cheng didn’t express their feelings as openly as the honesty they shared deserved. But then I realized — they’re the perfect representation of “actions speak louder than words.”
Overall, this series was a great watch. It strikes that perfect balance between drama, comedy, and action. Honestly, it’s wonderful.

The series of the year!
Overly hyped about the series release! Right off the bat in episode one not even five minutes in they already had me laughing. I went into the series knowing it would stir up some buried feelings, but it did not disappoint. I felt bad for Mr. Kim, but their relationship is a prime example of liking someone but not being compatible with them or not being on the same page.Episode 2 reminded me of one of life’s biggest lessons: cherish, love, and treasure the present and the people in it, because you can lose everything in the blink of an eye. Episode three was such a bittersweet ride of emotions. His mom is truly a trooper, and so is Ko Yeong. Despite everything his mom did, he managed to move forward, still loving her. Also, I feel that No Yeong Su and his mom share a striking similarity in their characters; they both loved him deeply yet caused him so much pain.
And holy moly, episode four was unbelievably amazing! The hospital scene hit on so many levels. I don’t have a very strong bond with my family, so seeing his friends rush to the hospital for him resonated deeply with me. Also, where was Min Jae? I read on a forum that the book and series differ somewhat regarding Min Jae and Yeong’s relationship, which might explain why she wasn’t there when he needed her most.
If you strip away the actors and focus on the story itself, you'll see the most accurate reflection of life’s path: love, discovery, grief, anger, and acceptance. This is definitely the BL of the year! I don’t think I’ve ever related to a character as much as I did with Ko Yeong. I know the book is written in four parts, so I wonder if there’s any chance for continuation. But I doubt it, given the final scene and Ko Yeong’s explanation.
I’m no expert, but it’s clear how well written this series is. It made me reflect on my own life and relationships, which is just one of the many reasons I love it. Many flowers to all the actors their portrayals were magnificently amazing.
The series was funny, joyful, sad, bold, honest, educational, and sexy. It captured friendship, loss, and the beauty and pain of life. I hope people approach it with open eyes, ears, mind and heart because there's so much you can take away from it.
