Don't get me wrong, his acting is really good. But when juxtaposed against the fl's hers is just exceptional. Take for instance the scene of the 'little beggar'. Her acting was raw and powerful, his was good, but it wasn't the complexity and desperation she was displaying.

so far fl acting is breathtaking as usual but ml's is not quite at her level and feels underwhelming, I hope his acting improves throughout cz I love his acting in other dramas

C'mon that's kind of unfair. I don't know how they want to portray it in the drama, but alters are all one system aka one person. Hyeri and Eunho are both the same person, the psychiatric she's meeting said it once as well. Hyeri is not disappearing she's reuniting with Eunho to make her whole again. As in Eunho is now two alters. So in wanting Hyeri, you're also wanting part of Eunho, although I suppose she may not view it that way.
