It's obvious they're not her blood parents. They showed in the show that Harin is her grandma's favourite, grandma is probably the one who wanted to adopt her after all. (note how many times the show mentioned hanuel house of orphanage) Grandma is the most powerful Baek as she holds the most shares in the company, shares that seems like it will be passed on to Harin in grandma's will.

But what??? People think suji isn't smart? Like girl is freaking GENIUS for figuring out everything with all odds against her and no one by her side. Her being such a smooth and quick liar reflects greatly on her interllect and quick witted-ness . Suji is one of the SMARTEST kdrama mcs I've seen

Ok so I'm at ep 4 and, Yerim is definitely the one against the game, but has to comply because Harin knows her secret, that she is lesbian and her and eunjung are kinda a thing. Perhaps Yerim isn't afraid of being exposed, but she doesn't want to affect Eunjung's swimming career. If word gets out that Ej is lesbian, then she's done for, with Korea being so homophobic.

I don't think u are imagining things. This series has very good editing and every scene is placed with intention. The writers made Harin mention Hanuel House, and showed her standing Infront of there for a reason. They also added a flashback of young Harin and Jaeun. So I'm very sure we are on point

I think Jaeun is from the same orphanage as Harin, ans she was Harin's close friend (the show showed a flashback of who I assume to be young Harin and Jaeun playing at the orphanage with other kids) so Jaeun is a reminder of where Harin came from and also knows her secret
