Oh I have a fun fun random theory. What if pyramid game and the glory belonged to the same universe, since they share the same actress Ms Yoon. We all saw how awefully Ms Yoon's character was bullied when she was a high schooler back in the Glory and like Dong Eun, she grew up to be a teacher. That's why Ms Yoon is the only teacher who was so affected and determined enough to make a move to help the students, going strong when faced with threatening athorities, and only stopping when she's fired.. but still lent out her hand for Suji to contact her anytime..
Anyways, this is just for fun. Food for thought đ±
To be fair though you canât really judge it for the âno chemistryâ part cause there wasnât suppose to…
Oh I forgot there was another male lead. Obv he isn't a love interest, but the other guy was obv portrayed as potential love interest. And personally I just found him annoying haha
They should release all the episodes together it's too hard waiting after binge watching 4 episodes
Nah, releasing bit by bit promotes active discussion and theory creations, leading to longevity for the show instead of quick show deaths like shows on netflix
Lmao đ€Ł First of all, they can just show that stripper video to the cops and everything would come crumbling…
The show went out of it's way to establish Baek Harin's family being the no 1 most powerful in Korea, and how GREAT Harin is at manipulating people. So i'm pretty sure Baek group have many high power police positions under their thumbs. And, cmon it's obvious, the moment I saw Jaeun (with a righteous personality that will stand up for others against bullies, as shown in the show) not resisting Harin's bullying, I knew Harin's must have had a powerful hold over her somehow (either blackmail, her family's livelyhood or some deep past connection to Harin). Plus, if u had just continue watching (first 4 eps), u'll learn that Jaeun and Harin has a special relationship, Jaeun wouldn't do that to Harin. If u paid attention and put 2 and together, u would have seen the flashback of Harin and Jaeun at Hanuel House and figured out their relationship
Started episode one, will they keep saying suicide is a sin/selfish? That's just a disgusting thing to say. And…
Although there are cases where suicide isn't selfish.. in this drama's case, it absolutely was. His death caused his loves ones so much pain, all because of what? An emotional moment's impulsive decision? He didn't even try and calm down to think it over. His single mother lost her husband, and worked so hard alone to raise him, she was a cleaner for goodness sake, how hard must she have worked to keep them afloat. And his gf basically wrote a book dedicated to him and his future. But oh our dear MC, saw and ignored his mom's call right before jumping, doesn't even have the thought to apologize to her, for taking away her only child, her only family left, leaving her all alone in this world.
So, he is selfish because, he wasn't struggling with depression for a long timr, then turning to suicide because living was too painful to bear. But for not being appreciative of his mother's love and hard work, not recognizing his gem of a lover because of his inferiority complex, and giving in to the spur of a moment's emotional decision to escape his failure of an idealized life (which is to have a successful career and be a family man)
AND HE WAS BEING PUNISHED BECAUSE HE MOCKED DEATH. Though Death does state that visiting her early (suicide) was part of the punishment (which I support, because our Mc was being selfish when he killed himself, and also in a reckless way, which might end up taking innocent lives), I don't think every suicide goes through another 12 punishment deaths, as Death just doesn't have the time to facilitate that.
I'm only at around ep4 and I've cries like 4 times already. The highschooler ep and Jisu + mom's ep... This drama is way too good, made me reflect on life and curse myself for even daring to have thoughts of suicide.. It's selfish... Too selfish... (Also.. the start of ep4 ... I almost backed out... The poor baby...) The VFX in this drama is also on another level, they had BUDGET man.
what bullsheet is this? grade F so? I would have laid the smackdown on everyoneâs monkey ass if I was a grade…
a school is just a miniature version of a society, as the main character said. You can't just beat up people more powerful than you, it's going to bite you back in the ass in other ways. You got to deal with the system in sneakier, smart ways.
Im a huge whispering corridors fan but I'm really surprised this film has one of the higher ratings compared to the others in the series. I thought it was the 2nd weakest
