Very true. We'll never have the same taste and opinions about most things, but the most important thing is to remain respectful about it. I'll also never understand the people who are complaining to an excessive degree about the dramas, during the whole drama, like all 40 episodes...like why watch something you don't vibe with, no one is forcing anyone π€¦ββοΈ
Is liking an ML as the red flag character deems fans who are excited to watch more as bad people? And liking such…
Yes, very well pointed out βΊοΈ This show is most definitely not for everyone, and at times hard to digest, and I get why people react that way, but there most definitely should not be any dragging of the people who watch this kind of content.
You saw lost you forever and thought you could heal your heartππ
I'm not sure what the author conveys either. To me it seems that she became shackled by her identity as a princess and the ML's ''sister'', but I am not sure, as I stopped at ep.20 and then skimmed a little after ep.30
The utter sickness and disgust I feel reading most of the comments here is frankly overwhelming.Majority of the…
Nah, I think it's a fair reaction to be appalled at someone torturing repeatedly and terrorising his supposed love interest, but I agree with the other comments, it's better to skip this one if it's not your type of drama, cause if you apply it to real life, of course this sh*t would never fly in a million years and no one would ship them. Everyone here is enjoying the drama, as in fiction.
I've watched till ep 5 and I'm debating on whether I should continue this since the ml was pretty cruel with the…
It depends on what you expect from this drama. If you want to see a fluffy romance with a dash of revenge, I'm not sure this is the right choice. This is a enemies to lovers type of drama, and while a lot of dramas of this genre tone it down for us viewers to make the leads more likeable/shippable for a later romantic entaglement, I don't believe it's the case for this one. Especially that the ML's actions towards the FL get worse after ep.5. But things get better after ep.11 in my opinion, but even so, it's too early to tell what's next....honestly it's a tough call
It's always a treat to watch Ding Yu Xi of course. I believe his skills have improved considerably since his first drama that I've seen. It's my first time seeing the actress that plays the FL, considering she's only 19, I did not have any massive expectations from her, and I think she did good, albeit a bit awkward in some romantic scenes, but I think it's consistent with her character.
We've got a revenge story, mystery cases solving, batshit crazy villains, an arranged marriage and court politics mixed in with romance, naturally. I was wary of the ML's character at first, he came in as a whole parade of red flags, but luckily we got to see that it's not that simple, therefore getting into the reasons for his behaviour. Later, it was a joy to watch him as a gentle, adoring husband all the while being a badass official. The FL is the smart, bubbly persona, with her own principles and albeit naive, I liked her. I know she sparked quite a riot in the comments, but I enjoyed her dynamics with the ML, I did not expect she'd be so feisty with my guy lol, and yeah, she made dumb decisions along the way, acting on her own and getting in trouble on a few occasions, and most of the time it was due to her own ignorance regarding the ongoing political games (and acting on her own when there's a husband who could be of great help duh), and I'll give her a pass, cause it's unrealistic to expect someone who's very young and never been exposed to these kind of machinations, be all seeing and all knowing. Homegirl solved cases on her own, got clues, helped the ML (and everyone else) considerably and managed to be a loyal, ride-or-die wifey, as well as a good friend, so I really don't get the hate lol.
As much as I enjoyed these series, given the fact that its 40 eps, OF COURSE we have them tropes (these are the ones that I remember, it could be more): - childhood sweethearts β - cold ruthless ML (at first) β - arranged marriage β - the famous ''she fell first but he fell harder'' (although it's debatable, it seems that way to me) β - the inevitable ''I'm hurting you to protect you'' break-up/divorce β - FL stabs the ML with a hairpin (lol, must be a trend now) β
Personally, the latter flowed better and I enjoyed the couple's interaction after they admitted their feelings…
Lol, I also enjoyed LRRFTF, the leads had great relationship and overall a solid watch, which could've been shorter but still quite enjoyable. Ok, so I'll continue finishing MOGA then, thaaaanks!! π»
Beware unlike iQiyi and Youku the WeTV express can only be watched on a device, no air-playing to a TV.
Omg, thanks for telling me! I did not know that! It's a good thing I did not purchase the express package cause I would've been livid π’. I prefer watching on my PC and enjoy the experience. Thank youuuu

All in all, an enjoyable watch with smart leads, nice chemistry, and a happy ending! π€©
