Lol, I actually agree 💯, it seems her character regresses as the story goes on. When she became a woman again and then the princess, I was surprised of how much I missed her version when she was a doctor dude in the beginning.

Honestly, for me it concluded quite nicely at the end of ep.35, because my primary interest when watching this was the leads relationship/romance aspect, so it seemed a good moment to finish it there.
I totally get your hesitation, cause I'm the same - I just don't feel like going through 4 more episodes when everything falls apart (again). You could watch some youtube edits (there are a lot of them) and you will get the summary version of the last episodes 🤷‍♀️

And I am absolutely speechless at the folks hating Cang Xuan in heaps for torturing our FL big time, yet they all fawn over Xiang Liu, who's treating her like sh*t regularly....like wtf ?!
I'm in no way siding with either of them, cause hell nah... nor do I know what's gonna happen next with their characters. But, just wow....am I missing something? Are people ready to overlook a person's awful behaviour, just cause they consider him hotter than their supposed rival? Bruhhhh..
