I started it yesterday, it's pretty good so far, but it depends on your preferences. I like the suspense kind of thriller storylines so this is working for me so far, plus the leads are pretty likeable at this point (I'm at ep.9)
This drama was okay overall, it definitely had its moments! I loved the push-and-pull, slow-burn dynamic between the leads—it kept me hooked, and their chemistry was top-notch. Plus, no dead fish kisses here (yay!), which always gets bonus points from me. Once they got together, their affection for each other was absolutely adorable and gave me all the feels.
I also really liked the characters... at first! The second male lead and second female lead were surprisingly likeable, which I wasn’t expecting. But then the SML(MLs long lost bro) went totally batshit crazy (like, what even happened there?! 😂). As for the SFL, her story was just one big heartbreak—poor girl, she really deserved better!
The plot wasn’t bad, and there were definitely sweet moments, but the female lead’s childish behaviour after she and the ML got together did annoy me a little. That’s just my opinion, though—you might find her quirks endearing!
Since this is a transmigration drama, I went in fully expecting a meh ending. Thankfully, the bonus clip of the ML in the modern world saved it for me! It gave me a happy open ending, which I’ll happily take.
The real downside, though? The length. 40+ episodes for this kind of story is way too much. By the time I got to the last 10 episodes, it felt like a marathon I didn’t sign up for. Honestly, this drama would’ve been so much better if it was trimmed to 24 episodes. Short and sweet is always better than long and draggy, right?
Would I recommend it? Hmm, maybe. If you’re in a drama slump and don’t mind a bit of fluff with some dragging, give it a shot! It’s not amazing, but it’s cute enough to pass the time.
wow! great review, i agree to everything you say here: i had too low expectations, but i was then left with a…
Yes! Also, I've seen him do sooo many types of sports like basketball, swimming, snowboarding, skying, jumping, running, racing, horse riding etc and I read in his bio that he's a Science and tech graduate, is great with animals and kids, looks amazing like is this man perfect or what 🤩🤩🤩
He was probably rushed, and looked disconnected. When filming a ten minute episode, there is very little preparation.…
Yes, Enslaved by love is a good one, but definitely not everyone's cup of tea. I enjoyed it because I knew what I was getting into. He is a green flag in Two foxes, the opposite of Enslaved by love.
Yes I agree, the directing makes all the difference in the majority of cases, in General order seems he had no idea or vision what to do with the characters most of the time 🤦♀️

I would agree except I just finished his other mini drama "Two foxes" this week with the same length format and he was great in there, so it's not the length, must be the directing then, although who knows 🤷♀️
It is true, most dramas do that, making the main leads like supporting characters. Love that except maybe a few episodes that was not the case here 😍 Yes, I'll miss them, this drama checked all my boxes 😢
The kiss scenes are going to be fire! This is one of my favourite directors now. Was already on my mini dramas top list with A familiar stranger, Butterflied lover and Provoke and now THIS!!! 🤩🤩🤩
