PEI successfully thwarted it at last minute like cops come at end in all bad movies.
What we gona get is 90% of drama is about SRQ plotting stuff one by one behind the scene. They have not shown another main villain so it is only him.
Why these directors have no clue on what people want? In real life you cant be smart successful people because of so many factors like society hierarchy , honour , prestige , money and luck
So people watch this drama and place themself as Smart successful fighter , atleast in fantasy

We need to know how they make dramas. Who decide how story is told? is it script writer? Why they hired diminutive people as her soliders. Should have hired Tall strong fighter as her main man.
This drama has very bad casting director. They are just doing job than passionate about story telling. Instead of making princess royal as smart one who knows how to hire her people , what we see her as useless brat who cant even hire right soldiers.
She has to give look of scarriness. Instead those soldiers dont give the vibe of fighters but they picked some street people.
Overall this drama rating gona be 7.7 because i do not see its improving.

I am not fan of xukai. he is not a good actor. He was great in yanxi palance but he really cant be Male lead . I mean he killed 2nd half of legend. First half we were all hyped up and 2nd half was deflated balloon. Same situation in Ancient Love Poetry and many many drama. I skip his scenes. he got everything except acting skill.
