Women are humans.... Humans can be both good and bad. Besides, men also play politics. Why should they fight like the men?? The female emperor in China as well as reigning queens around the world were known for their diplomacy and political skills. Even Mulan was known more for political skills and war strategy than fighting. That's realistic...the villains should be believable, no matter how annoying they are

I have to say...I love the RARE DISEASE DRAMAS. Its my guilty pleasure. Yes please...a rare disease that only one man can cure and understand. 🤣

Yeah...I hope she has moved on and doesn't believe in creating toxic workplaces for other women purely out of insecurity and jealousy. Also, i hope she doesn't do the kind of acting in this drama where she will say "YAAAAA" and act like a person who has been possessed...not by a ghost but by a person who believes that the best acting is LOUD acting. Its a ghost drama...so, maybe her screaming/ possessed acting will work here. Who knows? Maybe that's why they have chosen her

NGL, the entitlement was unreal. You expect actors to be professional about their work but she seemed like a bully straight up! The fact that she was so vile towards another female actress also never ceases to amaze me.However, you are expecting people to be creeped out by that in a mostly "FEMALE SPACE"...Had it been a male, he would have been shredded to pieces. You cant expect people to not be a hypocrite. She is a decent actress by kdrama standards (though she has over acted in many dramas with her loud tone and expressions) ..and honestly, people will watch her shows because at the end of the day, the personal life of celebrities doesn't matter much unless they are indulged in a crime

That's actually a decent choice though Han Hyu joo would have been an ideal one.

It is...even good costume dramas can be amazing in 20 eps. You just need to know the art. I always say...if harry potter books can be made into 8 movies...if lord of the rings can be reduced to a few hours... 20 episodes are more than enough for a ROMANCE BASED DRAMA with a little bit of workd building. People have just gotten used to draggy episodes. Still, if they think its too little, 24 is the right way to go about it. It won't be S tier with 24 but will probably still be an A. As for novels, the experience of reading can't be compared to watching. You can read the novel if you want the full experience but, dramas need to be short and crisp

The problem with chinese dramas is.... TOO MANY EPISODES causing editing and pacing problems. Make it 20 episodes and its a hit !!
