I feel like this is one of those dramas I will never get sick of. It is so refreshing and healing. Watching this actually made me want to care more about my health. I myself even started drinking more herbal tea.
Is what im saying! Who knows perhaps due to some censorship cuts to tone down some bloodthirsty scenes.
Bro this is what i hate most about chinese drama land like there are so many scenes which are good and they serve such an important part of the story but they always cut them
Chinese social media is flooded with 1 star reviews and hate comments within 34 minutes of drama airing. What's…
Bro these netizens really can’t stop themselves from hating even once. At this point it just feels completely baseless. Why can’t people just support both actors instead of creating unnecessary drama?
I love this director so much.. I feel like he is one of the rare directors in chinese drama land who actually knows how to use the actors properly. The setting and props of the drama are also so pretty. I can see much work has been put into this drama
I've been a Cdrama watcher for years even before the ban. Unfortunately dramas would drag on unnecessarily, even…
Honestly, I get your point. Earlier, dramas were often stretched out and didn’t have a concrete plot. But I feel like there should be a limit—just a bit higher. Maybe not an infinite number of episodes, but up to around 50 would be good. Or maybe Pursuit of Jade should have taken the same approach as Love Like the Galaxy by splitting it into two seasons and airing them back-to-back to get around the constraints.
Same thought as u... many scenes might have been cut, and we got just an ending instead of a proper process like…
Yeah, I would really want to see the whole process. I feel like that’s the reason we all got so invested in POJ because instead of just showing the characters doing something, we got to see the entire process, along with their emotions and feelings. It made us feel like Chang Yu and Xie Zheng actually exist. I feel like that is something so rare about this drama.
