iQIYI did it to every drama, which is why many of their shows struggle to break 10,000 this year, even with S+ projects.
In contrast, dramas on Tencent and Youku easily surpass 10,000.
Esp Tencent's drama often reaching over 20,000 without much difficulty.

He should wear a shirt that fits his body instead of wearing the big size shirt and suit.
His head and face are super small, so when he wears a big shirt, he appears a bit out of proportion, and his short hair makes his head look even smaller.
That’s why he looks great in DJX’s clothes and with longer hair, they fit him well and also highlight his long legs.

This YXH account has been dragging DNAD down even before it aired.
They claimed DNAD wouldn't surpass a 1.6 rating on CCTV, but it exceeded 2 on the first day!
Now they’ve shifted focus to criticizing DNAD’s online views on iQIYI instead and abandon the fact that DNAD is quite doing well on TV rating.

I’m done with iQIYI 😂.
If it weren’t for CZY's drama, I wouldn't have subscribed at all.
It’s a shame that TWOT is also on iQIYI. Now, I’m not expecting much.
I'll just watch his drama for my own enjoyment.

The part of the drama I like the most so far is the ending scene of episode 5, where LSB has a flashback about the bombing incident from his time as a policeman.
LSB wanted to be a good cop, but his best friend, Xu Wei urged him to ignore the case in order to survive. This decision led to innocent people being falsely accused and killed. (Actually, they were executed even before LSB submitted the case report.)
In that moment, LSB was truly broken—not only because he discovered the painful truth he couldn’t change, but also because he felt betrayed by his friend.

I’ve watched this scene repeatedly because the acting between CZY and Sun Yan (who portrays Xu Wei) is spot on! Plus, the excellent OST sung by LYN makes the scene even more immersive.

As I mentioned, I admire him for taking on a role that requires him to act alongside many veteran actors. He likely knew he would face criticism compared to them when the drama comes out.

And yes, he has received a lot of criticism from YXH accounts on Weibo, claiming his acting isn’t good and that he’s not suitable for this type of role (Dejavu ?? ) .
Despite that, DNAD has achieved impressive ratings, over 2 on CCTV, which is no small feat for the first few episodes!

Some say the good ratings on CCTV are due to the presence of veteran actors and the established fan base for this type of drama, so it’s not surprising that the ratings are good. However, if the ratings were low, I’m pretty sure they would blame it on CZY.

Below might come off as a bit negative, so feel free to ignore it.
As a fan of CZY, I’m prepared to endure both the good and the bad feedback.

So because they can't blame him on CCTV's rating , so they turns to blame him on iQIYI's online view instead, which is not good, so they said because he has no popularity and no talent. 😑 😑 😑
Whatever reason it is, I stop caring as I watch the drama myself and really like the drama that I found myself rewatch some scenes many time.
I don’t care about popularity or trending/traffic actors that many tried to compare him with.
F..k that S..t 95er comparing !!! So what?

Lastly, I really hope he takes on similar projects again later because I love seeing him in this kind of role. I just want to see CZY explore a variety of roles in different dramas. 🙂
