As far as I know, CZY isn't the SML in TGH; he's an ex-fiancé and a villain who does bad things for some reason, but his role is quite important to the story. I haven't read the novel yet, so someone else might correct me if I'm wrong. Also, I'm pretty sure CZY didn't have much screen time in TGH because they could reshoot scenes without him.
I think it is too much leak as well. To be honest, they should restrict more. I only want to see his costume, but leaking the story isn't good for the drama.
