Sure, we want him to get good roles in great projects, but we’re all excited to see him in TWOT, DNAD, and FH even it is not S+ or S project.
We will always be his audience regardless.

Sometimes I think why CZY is Chinese actor lol, especially since it often seems like CNetz or MDLer here care more about popularity than appreciating the hard work of actors. Some people also use "popularity" to put down actors they don’t like because they are less popular. 😑

Even as a big fan myself, I don’t think CZY is as popular in China compared to other 95er traffic male actors, as he hasn't appeared in many popular costume dramas before. Additionally, iQIYI's dramas haven't performed well this year, so viewers on the platform might have lost interest in watching iQIYI's contents.

Chinese viewers tend to prefer big IP costume dramas over modern idol dramas, even TWOT features war themes, they still consider as the Modern Idol Drama anyway.
The top-rated costume dramas consistently lead in popularity including the reservation numbers.

I’m not too concerned about the reservation numbers anymore since the show will air next month regardless.

I just hope that TWOT will be strong in terms of acting, storyline, script, and production so that viewers will be interested in watching it once it airs.
