You watching lots of low quality drama does not equal for this to be a masterpiece. If you don't study zombe AV, u find 0 reason to rewatch this.

To be fair, it was not promoted as bl series. So any expectations are on us. But yes, they did clickbaited it with full pack of bl actors intentionally. 😁

...Honestly, I’m not even sure if I saw their teaser, trailer, or whatever they had for this series. Another issue for me is that I’ve seen bits and pieces here and there — like small clips — and none of it really clicked with me. Probably… okay, if it ends up feeling oo eligious, that could be a problem, but I don’t have an issue with that specifically. Maybe if it feels too like a forced horror, then I’d have an issue as I see horror like evey week and have a set standad. So that might be a problem for me, more than the fact that there ae crosses and ppl pay or smething.

Anyway, it’s interesting to me not just because of which company made it, but also because of how well people seem to rate it. Especially when we think about how people have felt about the last few projects and how they rated quite good series (not from domundi) not so good. So I’m at least curious — about it, or about the series itself.

I think I’ll watch it. I’m just gathering strength (and correct mood).

Okay guys, I have been struggling and I really need your help now. Out of the series I was not watching in real time these past weeks, this series is one of the least I was looking forward to and am even considering not watching it. And for that reason, my question is what type of people should not watch this series at all costs - if we discount out of the equation people who dislike BL series and people who dislike series in general? What specific genre thing might be off-putting for viewrs? Thank you. 🙏

Are you into mafia/Yakuza type of stories? Can you handle adult content incl. adult emotions? Then yes, and very much so.
It is not sycophantic to viewers, so I happily waited for it to finish airing, and t was a good choice, cos it works well as a movie.
In style and way, it is much deeper than regular jap. bl series. It is so so good, but like... a bitter chocolate. Not the overly sweet one.
It might be not for everyone, but i am so grateful majority of raters seem to get this story.
