It actually really good. Maybe some people don’t like that kind of genre
In here audience just wants romance, no matter how bad the plot is. They will defend that series with their life. No romance, not worth it, sadly, this is the mindset of the user here.

This series should not have been listed here in MDL. This site does not deserve it.

Title My Dearest
It's an adaptation of Gone With the Wind, one of the most epic love stories of all time, so if you like that kind…
Gone with Wind, is it even a love story? It feels more of a phsyological tragedy.

"Two emotionally damaged people who never learned how to love safely."

How did it end? Kang Sin Jin gets his karma?
Well that is how the series ended but no news about it, too early for it I guess.

so in final episode ending Baek I Seok(District court chief justice) Smiling at the meeting means he's become…
In the webnovel, he is the main antagonist, and it seems they revealed that group at the end, the group that actually exists in the novel.

Should we be expecting season 2 👀👀
It seems this series was created in the mind of season 2 or more.

The main group in webnovel which our MC fights against is just revealed at the end. The "Suojae" group does not even exists in the webnovel.

How did it end? Kang Sin Jin gets his karma?
Yes and no, Legally, he is caught and sentenced, but they paved the way for the second season, added another reveal of the new Suojae being formed in the same table, or might be even a powerful hidden Suojae that was already there, and Kang Sin Jin got a small scene, which might say he is not done yet, too.

I actually finished all 50 episodes! A very 2000s day time drama/telenovela feel with never a dull moment! Sometimes…
I am sucker for the old school melodrama :) I am glad they are brining this genre back to mainstream once again! I will definently watch this next just because of your comment.

What a predictable ending it was. I knew that was going to happen. It was going so great to just follow the same generic path.

Also, they should not have cast Kim Tae Woo and give him less than 30 minutes of screen time as a whole, it is litreal give away you are waiting for "big" climax! You don't hire these big-name actors in a vital role and don't use them at all!

My heart breaks for the fathers (actual priest too 😜) in this series. Writing is impeccable in this series! It has both up and down moments, one that brings you so high, and the one that will throw you off so much, all in a single episode!

They did amazing by adapting this series! I will definently watch the original after this is finish!

The quality of this drama is top-notch. The stories are fun too the ending is kinda not to par with its previous episodes. I binged-watch this, but yeah, this is Netflix being Netflix in South Korea. Literally saying to them your country sucks (in one case).

Well, if they had focused on the law aspect rather than trying to include all the modern problems (you can guess it; everything is covered in just 12 episodes, except for war), this would have been awesome.

But just talking legal point only, South Korea has such weird and even blood-boiling laws, this drama might be necessary too!

We rarely get news from South Korea in my part of the world, but whenever one comes, it's always WTF! not due to crime, but about the judgment and the law that judgment was based on.

If the entire show went all "perfect" itt is no fun at all. It is Melodrama for a reason.
