Is the ML behind all the murders ? Whether it’s revenge or a cover-up with Yun Chen involved, I’m starting to think Hsiao Tung is more directly involved in the murders. Based on the previews if a kid did die, Jen Yao end up murdering the boy because the kid was a witness to what actually happened?
Rewatching scenes, the alter-personality theory of Hsiao Tung feels stronger: her breakdown after seeing the assault video, smashing the mirror and literally fracturing her reflection, reads like more than just an emotional outburst but symbolism of the start of her split personalities to survive. And then Jen Yao finding her as Ching Hsia could have been the trigger for everything that followed again. And Pin Yu knows far too much to be a random stalker, especially with so many people from Hsiao Tung’s life wanting to protect her. I think it's interesting that Pin Yu decided to move into the apartment of the girl who allegedly was murdered by Jen Yao but she's not haunted by that girl and only sees Hsiao Tung who keeps calling Pin Yu out about how she's searching for her(self).

I tried LineTV and it didn't work for me. Hope to see it especially seeing news from people in the Taiwan industry already said actors and staff are getting blacklisted over involvement by Taiwan production companies. Getting distribution for this then and even now is tricky.
Started watching Taxi Driver and barely recognized him. His acting is really good in it. Can't believe he's the same guy from Weak Class Hero and Twinkling Watermelon.
Current updates about what's been going on with Darren Wang:
Case Summary - The incident occurred around March–April last year. - Darren Wang returned to Taiwan by plane and called a Tesla through a ride-hailing platform. - There was an issue with the vehicle, leading to a dispute between Wang and the driver. - Upon arriving at his destination, Wang got out of the car but left the key inside. - Since Teslas don't have traditional door handles, Wang forcefully knocked on the window to get back in. - This led to an argument with the driver, but the situation ended there. - Later, Wang complained about the incident to a wealthy second-generation friend. - That friend then mobilized people to track down the driver and assault him. - They even recorded the assault. - The driver sustained injuries from the attack.
Current Developments - While investigating Darren Wang for military evasion (charges of fleeing), prosecutors examined his phone. - They discovered evidence of the driver assault case, including chat logs and video transmission records. - Shockingly, Wang was also found to have shared the assault video with friends and bragged about it. - As a result, an attempted murder charge was added, and the investigation officially began on March 4.
Disturbing stuff. I knew about the enlistment drama and knew then about him having alleged ties with gangs to commit the enlistment fraud. If this is all true (and it looks like it) seems he's very much deep in with that group if he can easily call them and they'll do favors for him. Just disgusting on his part his actions and the company he keeps considering how gangs are tied with that and a lot of other nasty stuff.
Besides the alleged gang associations he's known to have hung out with Korean celebs like Seungri (Burning Sun scandal).

I found some articles where the main YP members who acted with him spoke very highly of how professional, warm and considerate he is towards them. He even spoke Korean to them.
I think they did really well for their first times into acting like this. Yeonjung especially impressed me.

The story is told out of order to build up to the plot twist, but here’s how I think it all fits together.
At first, Tseng Jinghua plays the classic prince charming, he swoops in to "save" Doeun from a group of thugs, and the two grow closer. We see snippets of their relationship, hinting at something more. But this isn’t a love story. It’s a revenge story.
Yeonjung (the girl with dark hair), who was a classmate of Doeun, discovered that her missing father had started a new life, happily raising Doeun in what seemed like a perfect family. This revelation destroys Yeonjung. She turns to her brother Jinghua for comfort, and this moment seems to be the catalyst for their revenge plan and Jinghua approaching Doeun.
When Yeonjung and Jinghua were kids they were traumatized by their father abandoning their mother for a mistress (Doeun's mother?). There are strong hints that their mother later died, possibly by suicide?
Turns out, the thug attack on Doeun was staged by the siblings. Doeun, believed Jinghua is her dream guy because of the trap. He takes her to his photo studio, where he captures images of her which will later be used to create a deepfake of her. Once the deepfake spreads, Doeun becomes socially ostracized and isolated. In despair, she jumps from the school building—all while the siblings watch from the sidelines, recording her final moments to send to their father. (An eye for an eye for their mother's death?)
Yeah… it’s heavy. Twisted. Definitely gives off the vibe of those revenge-driven Korean movies I used to watch a lot. Jinghua plays the role perfectly, dreamy and charming at first, but ultimately hiding something much more sinister.
Fashion choice I noticed, Jinghua's character wears a jacket that reads "Deux Ex Machina" Latin for 'God from the machine', I interpret it as pointing to him and his sister playing like they're gods behind the scenes with directing Doeun's shocking end as a way for their father to suffer for his sins.
He's going to be in a Kpop comeback mv for a group named Young Posse. Sharing because I know he's done different mvs in Taiwan like ballad stuff but Kpop concepts really go all out and he's the only guy featured and credited in their promotional stuff so guessing he has a big role or presence in their mv.
TCH has a dark romance series releasing soon this year on Netflix he's starring in. Very hyped about that one.…
Yes, I enjoy his acting so much that I've been going through his catalog. He really is gifted and a well rounded performer who continues to grow.
I know he played a serial killer before but in this new show 'Sun', his performance already looks different to what he did in that other show. Hope it's received well and that it continues bringing him new exciting projects. But I really do miss Pu Yiyong!
This drama was so good. I cried buckets but absolutely loved Tseng Ching Hua’s acting. He’s so good. Just…
TCH has a dark romance series releasing soon this year on Netflix he's starring in. Very hyped about that one. He's got a lot in the works it's just hasn't been all listed in MDL.
He has a supporting role in "I Am Married But..." that will be coming out this month in February and the dark romance "Had I Not Seen the Sun" he's starring in will come out this year on Netflix.
I think he might attract a lot of attention again from 'Sun', it's supposed to have contracted a second season.
It's rare for a second season to be better than it's first but exceeded my expectations and improved upon a lot of things. Will def be a rewatch for me (except for that rhino arc)

Each episode is directed by a different director.
By the summary and the sneak peek this is going to be a tearjerker.
Theatrical release in Taiwan 9.12.25

The director has also worked with Hua in another project. I'll reply about what I think the MV means here behind a spoiler.
