it is Th there is nothing to watch so I tried this again, but ... cannot. I fall asleep so soundly watching this. It is just ... not.... alive? energetic? It is too.... deflated. The conversations and the content of the drama are like "documentary" of their nitty-gritty daily life, not the moments that are important to advance the plot. So it is rather shallow and meaningless just to watch some people just chat and LIVE their life from moment to moment..... Like I am in a zoo or something...
Ah, I am not sure... This is like -ok let's make money on this, regardless of the fact that we will DESTROY people with it... And then the plot is - ok let us stop since someone is catching us. There is nothing like "oh this stuff is bad, I really should stay away from this." I DO NOT LIKE THE MESSAGE OF THIS DRAMA. THere is nothing wrong about talking about hard subjects like drugs, but it has to be done ina healing way, not just "ok let's make a movie with whatever." There was Second Shot at Love about a recovering female alcoholic, and a foremer male alcoholic helped her. That was a great real life drama. A Nice Guy kdrama had a recovering female gambling addict.
But here ... is drugs. How can we even have sympathy for these characters... And also, kdramas were such a nice oasis where the crazy drugged out western lifestyle was a far away thing.
I refuse to watch drugs. The West is **** SO INFESTED **** with them and totally and completely insane .... theWest is lost and rotting form inisde out.... just crazy..... and I just want to press a delete button on it, and that is one of the reasons why I like kdramas, they talk about normal healthy human lives.
To me, this drama could be useful only if it is something like Second Shot at Love where the drug thing is shown for what it is and essentially condemned for being evil self destruction, and overcome. Only if it is used for such educational purposes, it is worth the time to watch.
All the upcoming dramas don't look very interesting lately...This one seems like it could be okay if it's done…
Shin's Project is amazing :) a FUN thriller LOL and all the other ones mentioned. I like A Hundred Memories too and even a slightly fluffier My Troublesome Star

It is clearly not western as those super steamy hot scenes were done without anything naked or lewd, the only thing was he had a tight crispy white shirt unbuttoned for 2 buttons instead of 1 button, and he rolled up his sleeves so we saw his forearms muscles, and she and he looked at each other as he helped her learn how to shoot, etc... That's it. but how it is filmed and acted makes it the hottest scenes ever. I love kdramas for their sophistication and creativity.

Those are the sexiest scenes, his job made it legit for him to be all over her, lots of touching her in close physical proximity, esp close facials, always helping her, and ... she kept looking up at him and making eye contact.... and he looked back at her.... He was always saving her, serving her, taking care of her, being really sweet and caring.... and he looks goooood he is in great shape...... ..... so I was just WONDERING when it was all gonna explode. I think they held up pretty good and only the threat of the "last night" could push them over the edge. Well.... I guess they will be off to some far away island to live undecover forever... I got curious why this is so low rated and so hated. The top 2 are TIH, WTSG, and now, 12. WTSG is no faster or slower than say My Youth, which is suuuper slow but has rating 7.8 and nobody is talking about it as a major flop
I guess it is EXPECTATIONS ... and all the marketing done before...
I think the plot in WTSG is cheesy and seems to be like a pro life propaganda kinda. Why not come down to Earth if kid is important? Why not have another kid another time if career is important? . Making a super dumb plot out of super dumb and super greedy decision is wasting time.. and maybe that's why ppl rated it so low
