He’s a real human acting a role of a non-player character in the VR experience. FL refers to him as NPC a few times in real life but think of it as another way of saying “actor” or “performer” :)

When Chris (2ML’s coworker) appeared we all thought she was nice and way too good for 2ML, lol 😆

I liked this ending but, personally, TFF’s last two episodes might be the best example of how to do a proper ending 🥰

We all can predict FL’s new job & company, but it’s hard to argue that she doesn’t deserve it. Go for it!

I believe they do know each other’s faces which is why she was so peeved at him pretending to ignore her when she tried to give him an umbrella.

He’s literally an idol, lol… Both he and FL sing OST songs (1 for him; 2 for her, I believe). The main love theme (“If your world had no sunshine”j is sung by ML.
He has two dramas that are coming out right now (they released them at almost the same time) but I haven’t checked them out yet.

It already has a rating on iQIYI app (9.9) even though it’s not out, lol

LITC is so, so good! It gets better & better as the show goes on which is a rarity — many dramas start strong but lose steam eventually.

Haha… so true. It was nice when TFF and TBT were airing at almost the same time and we could seek shelter from all the drama in TFF by watching TBT.

Have you watched The Best Thing? It has similar vibes although I suppose we can view it as TCM advertising, lol… You’ve probably seen When I Fly Towards You and The First Frost (both by author of Hidden Love). Meeting You is a hidden gem 💎
There’s also My Boss (36 episodes) — I’m convinced it’s not ranked higher because people confuse it with a micro-drama of the same name that also came out in the same year.

This was done that way on purpose by the novel’s author :)

Two best known dramas from the same author are “You Are My Glory” and “Love O2O” (personally like YAMG more). “Amidst a Snowstorm of Love” features the same FL actress and is a nice chill slowburn drama. Author of AASOL also wrote “Love Me, Love My Voice” which is a great stress-free drama if you just want to chill and not worry about anything (very feel-good; a lot of food/cooking and singing).

Like others mentioned, The Best Thing is similar in vibes to this drama (mostly chill but some stress from FL’s ex). There’s of course also The First Frost which features great chemistry and great performances but has some very stressful moments for our heroes (especially FL).
