The actress is really great though. And she’s a super nice person in real life and worked very hard to support…
She’s pretty much like a character from a historical drama :)

Please be a good script! I'm not worry about the acting.
That’s always a crapshoot with dramas (C or K). And we can’t even trust early episodes either (see the mess that was Fated Hearts after episodes 15-16).

That was pretty much our reaction as we watched it in real time 😳🙄
In the U.S. during divorce proceedings people fight even over signed/notarized/lawyer-reviewed prenuptial agreements. I can’t even imagine how complicated it’d be if it’s a random piece of paper :)

save yourself some piece of mind and do not watch. if you like to feel anger then go ahead
This is a really good drama if you just fast-forward through most of parts with FL’s mom who is very meddlesome.

The thing is they are also not really enforceable unless they are notarized and drafted by attorneys who actually know all the legal aspects. But at this point we just have to accept this will keep happening in dramas similar to childhood connection trope 😁

I'm on episode 5. I hate the queen so much!
The actress is really great though. And she’s a super nice person in real life and worked very hard to support her sister (who is in TWICE) during her medical troubles.

Title Dazzling
Again, for the nth time, ml and fl are not blood related-not even cousins. And no,that's not a spoiler, it's clearly…
Yes, their moms were good friends and “sisters” but not true sisters.

Title Dazzling
Sorry for asking, so the mom of the FL and the mom of the ML were like close friends when they were younger, correct?
Yes, they are not true sisters so ML & FL aren’t blood related. ML’s mom was sent to live with FL’s mom’s family when she was young (mentioned in ep. 1).

how’s this doing in china? is it the most anticipated drama rn?
I think The First Jamine has more reservations (6.7 million?) so it’s more hyped up. But that can be a double-edged sword. Sometimes, it’s better to have slightly less expectations & less hype which avoids armies of haters who downvote dramas usually. That’s how “When Destiny Brings a Demon” survived and thrived — most haters & trolls were too busy downvoting “Moonlit Reunion” (dramas by same author; came out at the same time, but Moonlit Reunion was more popular novel and had more stars in their cast). It took months for poor Moonlit Reunion to recover from attacks and attain a respectable score.

This is definitely a very good slow-burn drama for people in early-30s (or later) who are looking for more realistic content. I’d say it’s somewhere between a typical idol romcom and a realistic romance drama like “Fake It Till You Make It”. Highky recommended to watch.

If this leaves Netflix… where is it going ?
We don’t know yet. It might stay on Netflix for all we know; I’ve seen that happen with other shows.

Why is it so low rated it deserved 8.5 or 8.8The chemistry between them was so crazy and this was definitely one…
Probably because it’s not a true idol drama. This is more for an older audience and is more serious/realistic compared to a typical idol romcom for a younger audience.
But it’s a rare gem 💎. For people who like their drama, “Fake It Till You Make It” is a must-watch because it’s probably the best realistic romance drama recently.
