Am I the only one to feel sorry for both FL and ML? I cannot watch a single episode without tears. From sad tears to happy tears. My anxiety level has reached it's maximum. Well done the whole team đ
Zhao Lusi nailed the role. Haters hate no matter what. 30k heat index in just 4 days and topping yunhe charts are enough to understand the drama quality. Here numbers speaks louder than hate. Wishing this drama and ZLS a smooth journey.
My heat felt congratulations to Lusi and Team. To be honest, I was so anxious about Lusi playing a serious role. I watched 5 episodes so far and she nailed each and every scene. LA is getting praised everywhere while douban is full of hate. Even MDL is treating her with Kindness which is remarkable.
It's better for her to continue as an influencer because as an actress she is bad and limited
Are you happy now? She can do whatever she wants. 30 million followers disagree with you about her talent. Who is letting these toxic people on public forums like this? Just love your artist. But why are you so toxic to others?
You are right. At present, there are 2 battles that take place. One is in the media where there are a lot of pro…
Thank you, that makes sense. I'm just a casual K-drama fan, and was getting confused because different news sites report different things. I just wish the scandal had happened before her deathâit might have stopped her from taking her own life
I liked this actor in Queen of Tears and feel really sorry for KSR. She was so young and beautiful. News is very confusing and thought of clearing confusion from MDL. But I am super confused now with the current status of scandalđ. Hope the truth will eventually unfolds. One clear fact is, KSR had a tough life and she is unable to RIP after death.
I guess they will not shoot a time, Lusi is "sick" but accepting performences and variety shows. That's sad, in…
I think you may have misunderstood my point. Of course she's doing better nowâmy reference to her forgetfulness was about three months ago, not the present. The truth is, neither you nor I fully know whatâs going on behind the scenes.
Depression is incredibly challenging, but it often becomes more manageable once the right medication is found. For some people, that process can take over six months. For othersâlike myselfâthe first medication works well. However, even then, the initial adjustment period, especially the first four weeks, can be very tough. After that, depression becomes more like any chronic illnessâmanageable, but requiring long-term treatment. Sheâll likely need to stay on medication for at least a year.
Everyone who truly cares about her wants her to rest and recover. But with mental illness, one of the best forms of healing is doing what you love. For an artist, being away from the camera might feel empty, even worsen the condition. Returning to work, at the right pace, could actually be therapeutic.
I wasn't contradicting anything you said. I simply hope that once the entire crew is available again, filming for this drama can resume. After all, who could have predicted or planned for a 26-year-old to suddenly collapse and be diagnosed with DCD. I am responding because I know what depression is and it makes me really sad when someone tells mental health issues are a lie. Sad truth is sometimes even parents or bffs think mental health issue is fake because they never experienced it.

Everything is hard when a person is not well. I feel bad for everyone involved in this drama. it was really unfortunate that ZLS collapsed and winter is over( looks like the show is winter themed) . Every artist has their own schedules and rearranging everyone's schedule is not easy as well. It is not easy as ZLS continue filling as soon as she got better because other artists and crew must be free as well. In my country actors dates are secured sometimes 2 years in advance. I think this is the case everywhere. She said she cannot remember lines in Feb and it's been 3 months already. So she didn't say anything untruthful. I hope they will continue as soon the whole crew is available.
If you guys had to guess, when would you say Zhao Lusi will make her acting return? It seems her recent life trials…
I think after June , according to her interview from global times. ( no serious work for 6 months because it may cause relapse) Who knows what she decides. Whatever she decides , atleast she is okay now. Joy of being alive is better than anything.
I donât believe the sleeping for 2hrs at all..where did she say that?
First of all she didn't say that. She said she used to sleep very late at night and some times get 2 hrs of sleep. But she also said she sleeps very late but wake up late as well. It is a normal thing. Somedays we get sleep, sometimes we donât. That is what she said. But she always sleeps very late which she thinks was a bad habit. I don't know why we even have a discussion about this. Some of us are night owls like lusi. But people with DCD have too much trouble to sleep and eat. I donât understand what is the problem here????
This might sound like a stupid question, but when I looked at the episode list for a possible release date, how…
It is an issue with MDL. If you look at any shows that are airing, you can see all the episodes are rated, both by fans and anti fans, not by casual drama fans.
Can someone please enlighten me?Lusi reported to not be well with severe depression due to a number of things…
She took a three-month break, and if you actually watch the show, youâll see itâs not really about her sickness. From my own experience with depression, Iâve learned that if we donât stay involved in something we love, itâs really hard to pull ourselves out. Thatâs what I see Lusi doingâsheâs trying to stay connected to something meaningful.
She mentioned sheâs having trouble remembering lines, which obviously makes acting in dramas a lot more difficult. But that doesnât mean she canât still be part of the industry in a different way. There are so many Hollywood stars living with clinical depression who continue to work and succeedâno one questions them for it.
Rosy had DCD, which is often mistaken for a stroke, but it actually has a faster recovery rate than depression. Iâm not a doctor, but Iâve read plenty of articles by medical professionals that explain this.
Honestly, I feel like the show is more about helping promote Chinaâs tourism, and Lusi probably wanted to be a part of something positive. Sheâs been doing charity work even before she debuted. Sheâs an artist, and I think for her, life without the camera and people might feel really empty. I understand thatâI feel empty too when I donât have any code to work on. This is her way of healing.
From my almost 3 decades on earth, I understand one thing. If a person dislikes you, whatever you do is wrong for them. We have no idea what is happening in the entertainment world. She may be already chosen as the ambassador, way before the sickness. People who atleast can ask AI will understand what depression is and it is not same for everyone and can lead a normal life with medication and therapy after initially adjusting to the medication.
We cannot decide for anyone. But she was sick and probably will be on medication for long time. Modern SSRI's side effects are null compared to older one's. It is really easy to judge a person we don't know at all. I think the world is more broad minded to accept a person who suffered DCD with kindness. ( Real people. Not about weibo black campaign)
