I can understand what you say and I too was hoping for her happiness BUT… Screw that “husband”… he was gone for 20yrs and decided to marry someone else for money. Yes, I read about his passing. I wasn’t a fan of his work but the way they ended his life was so atrocious that I took a break from watching dramas for some time. It was a rude awakening to what these actors have to endure. I hope the people who did that to him pay the price.

Producers should just release the dramas as soon as they are done with everything. There’s too much risks ( especially in a society that is highly unforgiving of youth mistakes) for the entire cast and crew. The drama was completely done, why wait to release it in June? Now the hard work of hundreds might not be seen. I don’t know if they’ll get paid.

I think the love story hits us more because it’s not right in our faces, we are not focused on that so it’s a pleasant surprise. It feels more realistic.
I’ll be replaying ep 27 a few times. Her father played well too, him and his son in law’s conversation over the rites was hilarious. I couldn’t help but shed a tear when the father welcomed him well with tears. ML’s confession to her, the way they looked at each other… His mother getting the house makeover and all the people showing up at the wedding… All of that was a much needed break from all the previous tensions and I’m now ready for the upcoming angst.
