Love the drama but the ending could have been better. I mean, it seemed like she wanted to stay on Earth to be a judge, not for the male lead, which actually fits with the drama title lol. But after showing her being ready to sacrifice everything for him, I thought she had fallen in love with him like A LOT
And honestly, her wanting to stay to be a judge doesn’t even make sense because she would be doing that in her world too
I usually love small-town dramas that involve wholesome friendships and families but the humor in this one just doesn’t sit right with me. Dropping it for the sixth time now
I watched both the Chinese and Korean versions. While most of the scenes were almost identical, what I preferred in the Korean version was that the SML remained just a friend/brother to the female lead until the end.
In the Chinese version, he started by calling her "sister, sister," but then suddenly started pushing her to marry him. After all that, he says she’s only like a sister to him. This made their relationship dynamic so weird. If he considered her a sister, then why propose marriage to her? Or at the very least, he should’ve said he saw her as a friend by the end. It would’ve made things a lot less awkward
Nowadays on MDL, every comment section is filled with people whining about their favorite drama ratings rather than discussing the actual drama. It’s so frustrating
Some ratings in this site I never understand. The last time I had a huge disparity with the popular ratings was…
Why do people expect others to rate their favorite dramas higher? If you like it, rate it high. Others will rate it based on their preferences. Does the rating really matter that much? Your enjoyment of it won’t lessen because of the rating, just as others won’t rate it higher simply because you like it.
You can’t judge what kind of characters people like. Just like you wrote something judgmental about others, they could also question your morality by saying you support cheating. That wouldn’t sit well with you, would it?
It’s a slow burn but the main leads almost never talk to each other normally
They talk to each other, but not like normal human interaction. It's more like talking in riddles. They were actually sleeping with each other before confessing and the "confession" didn’t even really happen. I didn’t like it but if you love slow burn stories, you can try it.And the FL has two siblings too and they have their own stories
Liked it until episode 8 but after that, it became kind of different. The main couple's "love story" made me uncomfortable. Her going to his place at night, showering after coming back and them not talking directly to each other but only in riddles.....ugh
No way she became a love guru to someone who cheated on her after 10 years of dating and she caught him and the other person in their own newlywed bedroom😭 I need to know what the scriptwriter is high on
And honestly, her wanting to stay to be a judge doesn’t even make sense because she would be doing that in her world too
