Because of the expectation and confirmation of exactly this outcome, there wasn't even any intrigue and it was predictable, somehow, although a sad outcome would have also been predictable and everyone was mentally trying to prepare themselves for the worst development. Personally, I'm surprised by this coincidence, as if the writers read our comments and were like "damn, good idea, let's do as they say", but thank God we didn't have to suffer. However, we were really baited with the coffins, I was a little shocked and even cried when they sealed the gates, and look at that, well... at least here the surprise was a success. And everyone missed Naxx's previous character, but the changes in her seem logical to me.
