I'm trying to collect my thoughts piece by piece, but I'm probably not going to do it well. However, I can't hold back my review any longer.
I can say that this is the most tearful, the most difficult drama in my entire history of watching dramas, I won't be ashamed to say, in my entire life, but nevertheless the most beautiful that I've ever seen. There are simply no others like it! It's one of a kind. The story is difficult, the story of life, penetrating to the very bones, touching even callous hearts. It is impossible to watch it calmly, even with a stable psyche or a carefree outlook on life. This story is very pacifistic. It makes you think about the fates of people not only in war, but also beyond it, to cast aside selfishness and show empathy (which I myself, by the way, really lack).
But we, who are far from the war, cannot even imagine what it is really like to experience its consequences. I think this drama has greatly influenced my perception of the modern world, left a mark on my soul that I will not be able to look at some things the same way. This is the value of this drama - to open your eyes to things that many cannot imagine. Naturally, I do not mean only the war, but also the relationships between people, what is going on in someone's head and how, for what reasons they act this way and not otherwise. We can continue to forever spin different options in our heads, if only they had done this or that, then it would not have been like this or that. And if the script can really be twisted as you want, then it is unlikely that you will be able to keep life under control. Even the impulses of the heart, you can not always restrain. Therefore, I accept this drama and the book as it is, abstracting from the thought that "this is just a movie." In general, this drama generates a lot of thoughts, themes on which you can discuss forever, there are not enough symbols to describe everything. Returning to the drama. This is a very beautiful story about friendship, love, duty, compassion, help, humanity. And an equally sad story about pain, suffering, injustice, disappointment, even death.
Honestly, I am not happy with every director's technique, not happy with every plot arc, not happy with every moment of the script, and not even delighted with every emotion played. But it would be blasphemy to dwell on minor flaws when such serious topics are touched upon.
But, as for the acting, the last episodes make up for those minor flaws that (as it seemed to me) were at the beginning. The actors did an incredibly difficult job. Zheyuan... how painful it was to watch him in the last episodes and how accurately he conveyed the state of his character.
This drama has a leisurely narrative, a lot of attention is paid to details, dialogues, looks. And I really like it. Each scene makes you feel the moment to the fullest. As many viewers have already noted, in a rush and dynamics we would have missed all the essence of what was happening and the meaning of this drama. Moreover, such a sensitive topic cannot be revealed in a bang-bang, slapdash and done. Many were not able to grasp the meaning and understand this drama, and if the usual "dynamics" were added here, it would have been something completely incomprehensible.
Having initially resigned myself to the book ending, I accept all its interpretations, both positive and negative, and those in the middle (maybe they did not live long, but happily), they all have a place to be. And it simply cannot get any worse, because the main thing is that the characters are together. The ending was filmed very beautifully, they brightened it up as best they could and did it very worthily. It turned out to be gentle, bright, shrouded in love and definitely not like the original, which would have made us suffer even more (if they had shown everything as it is).
I really loved this drama. It caused transformation and reflection in me, and that is why it became important to me. That is why I will still recommend it for viewing. It is with such works that this world has a chance to change.

Oh my God! This is just an amazing heartbreaking and heartbreaking drama! I was hesitating whether to start watching it and oh my God! I watched it. I am so used to seeing Chinese dramas with strange video footage of childish acting by Chinese actors (I have nothing against it), that I am more and more surprised to see such high-quality Chinese series. Filming, picture, quality, acting, staging of fights!!! It is all wonderful! Oh, what a beautiful, but incredibly sad love story. The main characters are simply charming, it is impossible not to love them. I have liked Bai Lu for a long time, but I did not focus on this drama before, and after watching "Blue Whisper" with the main character (I have not yet remembered his name), who impressed me and became a find for me, I still decided to watch this drama. I am very glad that almost the entire drama showed moments with them (because usually the interaction of the main couple is not enough for me), but they also did not deprive other characters. 2 failures in the plot, I still found for myself, at the end of the series the director had to make a fuss, to arrange a tragedy ... but otherwise there is absolutely nothing to find fault with. I'm running to watch the 2nd season. Judging by the reviews, everything is not as sad there as in the 1st, I hope that this is so! Oh, I won't be able to move away from this drama for a long time (if I don't find what to watch next

Honestly. I don't know how to comment on this... I really liked the series, but it lacked dynamism (or something?). The picture itself is high-quality, not cheap, so you immediately expect something "wow", but in the end everything goes quite smoothly. I liked the acting, especially the main character, you want to believe him (although you always want to believe the male Chinese characters, for some reason the female ones always act in a non-European way XD When I started watching dramas a long time ago, it seemed like this was just acting/drama/overacting (well, of course, after American TV series), so I think it was intended to make the main character exactly like this (this is for those who are surprised that the main character is exactly like this). Like many viewers, I was left with no understanding of why all this was happening, why, how and why? Perhaps this is the only reason I won’t be able to sleep at night, because the drama itself didn’t really grab me, like when you can’t move on for weeks and you look for similar dramas. Basically, at the beginning I was really angry about the ending, and then somehow everything fell into place (almost), although I still don’t understand the main character’s desire to leave secretly, as for me it was selfish... well, I don’t know. We watched such a beautiful story the whole series, and then - "Is this a dream?", "Is this a dream in a coma?", well, it's clear that for them it wasn't a dream, but the secondary characters also had a life... I feel very sorry for them. I thought the pranks with "dreams" were already the last century, and now most people cringe from them, I remember under some drama they also discussed pranks with dreams... I don't support this. Eh, but I still recommend the drama. Minus a star for "dreams" because of the unclear (not) happy ending

Well... I watched the drama after the movie. Captivated by the beautiful colors, actors, chemistry and the story itself, I ran to watch the series to get a full understanding of the picture. Well, now everything has really become clear to me. The story is beautiful, but I have a lot of comments on the presentation... I won't say anything about the graphics, you'll see everything yourself. However, I think the chemistry between the characters could have been made stronger, because everything doesn't look serious. The main characters can be described in a couple of words - "mentor, mentor, mentor, mentor" and "Ye Hua, Ye Hua, Ye Hua, Ye Hua", very funny, though at first I felt some kind of cringe, and all the time I thought "oh my god, what the hell is going on", and only somewhere around the middle of the series did it start to drag on. In principle, after watching I didn't have such strong, negative emotions as while watching, I guess I got used to it - I got used to it and accepted this drama for what it is. I understand that the drama is old by standards, and it's true... after high-quality, modern works, it's really hard for the eye to watch this (at first). While watching, I kept thinking about what negative review I would write (probably partly because the main actors didn't accept it, because I wanted to see Yang Yang), because I was not satisfied with absolutely everything, but I'm shocked!!! That's it, all the negativity has evaporated. I'm just glad for the good ending and the explanation of everything that happened. The only thing is, it's a pity that the film and the series weren't filmed the other way around (Yang Yang and that actress in the drama, and Yang Mi and that actor in the film), well, it would have been better to film the drama better and wait for Yang Yang, phew. Eh, jokes, jokes. So watch with pleasure. And I'm off to watch the film again for a comparative analysis of the plot and consolidation, so to speak, and I'll move on to "Personal Diary"

Well... I started watching this drama for the second time. At first I watched 2 episodes, got bored and dropped it for a couple of months, and when there was nothing else to watch I returned to it and I didn't even notice how all 40 episodes flew by and the end came. I watched the drama in one go, right? I can't say that this is an "out of the ordinary" drama and that it is the best (since some dramas impressed me more than this one), but I was still satisfied and regretted that I dropped this drama earlier. From the first episodes it seemed to me that this was some kind of fairy tale, thanks to the beautiful landscapes, color correction, costumes and unusually high-quality filming, but then I realized that this is just a historical drama without any magic (I did not read the description when I started watching). And in general, in technical terms, it seemed to me that this project is very high-quality, which made me very happy. Apparently dear?) ... Well, as for the plot itself, then probably there is nothing special here, but it was still very interesting to watch the development. Just.. each episode ended on the most interesting and it was impossible not to turn on the next one, "what will happen next?", "well, how will they act here?", "what will they decide?". Despite the fact that the romantic line was not the main highlight of this project (and usually it is romance that grabs me the most), but the intrigues and investigations did not let me down, it was really interesting. And what pleased me most of all was the relationship between the main characters. Yes, maybe there was no magical chemistry, as we are used to, but the magic was in their unconditional trust in each other, mutual understanding and support, well, it was really nice to watch it and fortunately the authors did not create any intrigues and disputes between them (as the Chinese usually know how to add fuel to the fire), in short, there was just maximum harmony between them, which we could not even dream of. After the relationship that was in "The King's Woman", this one just seems unreal. Throughout the series, I did not notice the thought that I was bored and that the plot was too drawn out, but I don't know ... to each his own and maybe someone may find it that way. I think this drama is worth attention and if you decide to skip it for now, don't do it, give it a chance)

You know what my dad likes to say? "The director to the soap", in this case "the screenwriter to the soap".

!Warning! There will be spoilers, do not read if you do not want to!!! (although I think it is not important, everyone has already been spoiled in TT and Intse). Admins, please do not ban

The drama is certainly worthy of attention and will leave some kind of imprint. The story itself is very beautiful, albeit sad, but to stir up so many bloopers, you need to be able to... as some comments have already written "there was a walkie-talkie, they could have said" etc., so many questions were left, all sorts of hints were thrown, and explanations "fuck you". There are more questions than answers, about what happened to everyone else in the end, and in general, according to the plot.

I agree that the situation with the cook is f*cked up, however, Su Ho could have simply not stayed to shoot back. While they were standing there all alone, talking shit (and "miraculously" no one shot and there was no need to shoot back), they could have ALL run away 100 times, but no, the scriptwriters have to show what a hero he is.

And the special forces???!!! Damn, honestly, I'm so hooked on all these security forces and cops in dramas, and other films, series... why are they such idiots everywhere??? Always doing something without an order... when they need to, they don't lift a finger, when they don't need to, they do crazy things! Who gave them the order to shoot! Why didn't that idiot tell them over the radio that only Su Ho knows the password, no, they had to run to them to say that... what they fought for, that's what they got! It's the same as in the drama "Kill", there was no order "screw it, let's shoot", but why? Why? They don't care. Is it really unpunished... damn, if in real life the special forces are so stupid, careless and willful, then forgive me, this world is fucked...

The ending, of course, is expected, as for a drama, but it is really stupid! It was possible to kill him more logically and not so absurdly, although as for me, by the end, it was possible to find a bunch of logical options on how to steer everything out and leave everyone alive. But here it is already the directors' fault, they probably do not want to shoot "as always and as everyone else and as everyone is used to", "here you go, better cry"...

I agree that there are a lot of spoilers, I came across a video on Instagram myself... but I immediately turned off the damn Instagram, but managed to read the caption on the video "he did not deserve such an ending"..., "well, that's it", I think "fuck"... I hoped until the last that something would change. I shed a couple of tears at the end, probably because I was no longer surprised and was mentally prepared for the ending, but I'm afraid to imagine how I would have cried if I hadn't known...

Honestly, their mothers irritate me. Is this even possible, what kind of love is this for children... well, even if their relationship turns out to be a mistake, what difference does it make to you? Why are you butting in? Let the children learn life from their own mistakes, and not from your inappropriate advice, which can lead to lifelong suffering? What path did her mother always talk about, that she should understand??? After Cheguk, she would have met another man and what, would her mother have said "stay alone for the rest of your life", "you have your own path"? 2 unfortunate ladies, with bad experience of love, unsuccessful relationships, are trying to ruin the lives of their children. Are they jealous or something? Because they never had this? Or have they stopped believing in love, since they think that children's relationships are meaningless?... I am at a loss for words. If my parents got involved in my relationship, it's scary to imagine where I would be, away from them... But thank God, mine always supported me in this regard, and if I ran into an asshole, they would feel sorry for me, cry together and move on... but here they're acting like flies on glass, honestly...

Well, by God, couldn't they have filmed a whole episode for the ending as usual? How is it that in doramas about sissy pussy, they devote a whole episode, practically nothing to the ending, and here there are so many omissions, and they spoiled my entire impression of the dorama with such an ending. At the end I was just like "what? What do you mean everything? What about that one, and that one, and what about them? "But that one and that one didn't show symptoms either, do they also have antibodies?" It feels like they just pulled the plug and told them to get off this drama as soon as possible. Sorry, I'm indignant because overall I really liked the drama. It was really gripping from the first episode. I rarely watch zombie movies, but this one had such a scary but pleasant tension that I just wanted to keep watching. However, these infected are like vampires, because they drink blood, and when their thirst is quenched, they calm down. It's strange that the director didn't immediately call them "vampires" (I'm kidding, if that were the case, the atmosphere would have been different). The acting is certainly top-notch. The plot is also just a bomb, it made my stomach twist. Eh... but the ending... it really let me down. It's a shame...

I liked the drama. The acting, the plot and the idea are great. The main characters are cute. However, sometimes I was angry with them and wondered how they could be so stupid. I hit my forehead with facepalms. At many points I asked them the question "why do you do it this way and not that way? Why? Why? It would have been easier this way...", I really did not understand the logic of their actions, since many things could have been done differently and the consequences would not have been so critical. I do not want to spoil it, but I think those who watched it, many, will understand me. The antagonists, of course, also do not shine with logic at times. As they say, "the director on soap". But the drama still dragged me in, not from the first, but from the second episode, and it was very interesting to watch, to observe how the plot develops. So, overall I rate the drama as good (although I never dare rate dramas as bad... well, I can't bring myself to rate it lower than 5 if it sucked me in, even if there were a lot of mistakes). And I recommend it! It may not hook you for long, but you'll have a great time.

P.S. These jokes with the heroes' returns in the last episode, in dramas, of course, amuse me. Of course, I'm glad that it's always a happy ending and would be very upset if it were the other way around. However, lately I've started to get irritated by these seemingly inexplicable, magical, almost illogical returns. They could at least show and explain normally how this happens.

P.S2 The last episode really reminded me of moments from "One day, destruction entered the doors of my house." I don't know if anyone else noticed this? But I liked this coincidence. Even the heroes in the drama are the same)

Some contradictory feelings about this drama. It seems like I liked it, but also like something, somehow it's not right. The picture itself is beautiful. But it seemed to me that there were too many illogical actions of the main characters. The plot is interesting, but there is too much glass, personally this tires me out, I am oversaturated with these sad emotions and then I just become indifferent to their suffering, in my head there is usually only the thought "God, I wish all this would end sooner". The main character in the first half of the drama is a smart, reasonable and even wise girl, and in the second half she becomes a stupid, short-sighted hysteric, it was just fucking annoying. And in general, I did not understand many moments in the drama (maybe I missed something because of the re-editing). (P.S. I don't know if what's about to be written is considered a plot twist or not, but I hope I won't be banned, so I'm just warning you))) But what did she take at the end? And why did it suddenly turn out towards the end that Chukui was stuffing the wolf cub with some kind of crap and the main question is why? Or did I misunderstand something? I thought that he was hit by an arrow with poison and was poisoned, but in the end it was something else? Can someone please help me understand. Well, the ending, of course, isn't that great, but that's basically what it was all leading to, so I've been mentally preparing myself since episode 40, so I almost didn't even cry. Oh yeah, I still don't understand what will happen to Prince Bo in the end, will he live or not? I don't like movies like "figure out the ending yourself." But I give it a 4 and recommend watching this drama, because it was still interesting to watch.

A very cool drama. But I was hoping for a different ending. And the cops (special forces) acted very illogically, I don't understand at all how you can do that when a person is already surrounded. A couple of times I found something to pick on, so to speak, movie bloopers. But still, the drama is wonderful, there is intrigue, there is a gripping plot, there are handsome actors, but there is almost no romance. Although... maybe it is there, just not the same as we are used to, but it was clear that there was still a spark between the main characters. Eh, I wish there were 16 episodes, not 12...

The drama seems to be okay, but something was missing for me. Sometimes it was boring, sometimes it was funny. And sometimes the main characters were irritating. Although it is clear that this is a movie in real life, I doubt that anyone would do that. I watched it for Chan Wook and Ji Won, they are perfect. The other actors are also excellent, as are their characters. But overall, the impression was not bad. The format of the drama is quite interesting, but it would be more interesting to watch full-length episodes, perhaps then they would reveal the plot more and make you love this drama. But for one time, I am not even upset (as usually happens) that it is already the end. But everything is worth watching, I recommend it.

The drama is excellent. At first I watched 3 episodes and gave up. It seemed somehow boring, dull, not captivating and the topic of the startup itself... well, it's not for me. But I didn't know that I just had to wait a little. When I returned, I was immediately drawn into watching when the relationships of the characters began to develop. The cast is charming. Quite a few funny moments, be careful if you watch at night. True, the series at first seems uninteresting, so give it a chance. There were even a couple of unpredictable moments. Another drama to add to my collection of favorites. Definitely worth watching!

This is a wonderful drama. I have no words! Kind, motivating, sometimes comedic and even romantic. Both the main and secondary characters are excellent! Throughout the entire viewing, the events did not allow you to "unclench your buns" from excitement and admiration, both because of the competition between the teams and because of the relationship of the main characters. For me, especially as a gamer, it was very exciting to watch this drama. I really felt the whole atmosphere of eSports and the excitement of the characters. I worried with them during the matches and even cried after victories. Gamers - drama fans will definitely like it! And in general, a positive drama, will not leave you indifferent. I definitely recommend it!

Well, the drama is pretty cool. I decided to watch it after watching the movie, because I liked the plot. However, the bff of the heroine is annoying at times, she is so dumb sometimes, it drives me crazy, but oh well. Of course, I am amazed by the acting in Asian films/TV series, everything looks fake, you don't want to believe them, I heard that they have such a mentality and it's normal "they are like that in real life", but when you watch dramas, it seems that you are watching for fun, purely because of the beautiful picture and cute story, but there is nothing bad in this) in general, I am happy with the drama, cute, nice
