Honestly. I don't know how to comment on this... I really liked the series, but it lacked dynamism (or something?). The picture itself is high-quality, not cheap, so you immediately expect something "wow", but in the end everything goes quite smoothly. I liked the acting, especially the main character, you want to believe him (although you always want to believe the male Chinese characters, for some reason the female ones always act in a non-European way XD When I started watching dramas a long time ago, it seemed like this was just acting/drama/overacting (well, of course, after American TV series), so I think it was intended to make the main character exactly like this (this is for those who are surprised that the main character is exactly like this). Like many viewers, I was left with no understanding of why all this was happening, why, how and why? Perhaps this is the only reason I won’t be able to sleep at night, because the drama itself didn’t really grab me, like when you can’t move on for weeks and you look for similar dramas. Basically, at the beginning I was really angry about the ending, and then somehow everything fell into place (almost), although I still don’t understand the main character’s desire to leave secretly, as for me it was selfish... well, I don’t know. We watched such a beautiful story the whole series, and then - "Is this a dream?", "Is this a dream in a coma?", well, it's clear that for them it wasn't a dream, but the secondary characters also had a life... I feel very sorry for them. I thought the pranks with "dreams" were already the last century, and now most people cringe from them, I remember under some drama they also discussed pranks with dreams... I don't support this. Eh, but I still recommend the drama. Minus a star for "dreams" because of the unclear (not) happy ending
