Tell me how Youku will release this without a distribution license? This drama still doesn't have a distribution license. It's not Youku's fault ask the Censorship Board who reviewed and approved the total episodes and is responsible for issuing the distribution license for airing.
Please remember, C-dramas can't be aired without passing the Censorship review and obtaining a distribution license.
So as per rumors, It already reach the CCP/NRTA/Censorship Board and they most likely need to cut her scenes or replace her face with AI for the drama to be able to air.
